They arrived at Sharon's house in high town.
" Looks like breaking all those laws us treating you well." Sam looked around at her house.
" Well I thought I'd if I had to hustle, might as well enjoy the life of a real hustler. You know how much I'll get for a real Monet?" Sharon shrugged.
" Easy deactivate your hustle mode. You sell fake Monets-" Sam started.
" No. She means real. This gallery is specialized in stolen artwork. Monet, Van Gogh. Classics." Zemo told him.

" It's true. You know, half the artwork in museums like the Louvre is fake. Real stuff sits in places like this." Bucky nodded.
" Damn can I get on for my new apartment?" Liliah asked.
Sharon shook her head and chuckled.
" I'm being dead ass." Liliah told her.
" Okay guys. I see what you're doing. You're more worldly than good old Sam." Sam started typing on he's phone.

" Yeah, what's google say?" Bucky asked as he walked behind him.
" No shit." Sam looked up.
" So can I get a painting or...." Liliah said.
" You guys need to change. I'm hosting clients in an hour." Sharon called to them.
" God, I feel like a child being denied a cookie." Liliah huffed and followed behind her.

Liliah changed into the clothes Sharon let her barrow. She looked in the mirror. Not her typical style, but she liked it.
" Everything fit?" Sharon asked.
" Yeah. You know I quite like your dark academy aesthetic you have you going on." Liliah smiled.
" Thank you. I tried picking out the most Liliah looking outfit in my closet for you." Sharon teased.

" Liliah looking?" Liliah asked.
" Yeah. Bright, fun, flowers, short skirt type of outfit." Sharon told her.
" Well I do like short skirts." Liliah nodded.
" It's like Liliah aesthetic." Sharon said.
" Hmm. My own aesthetic. That's pretty cool." Liliah looked in the mirror again.
Sharon chuckled and walked to where Sam was.

" Much better." She said to him.
" What's going on Sharon? You don't ever wanna come back home?" Sam asked.
" They'll lock me up if I step foot back in the States. Madripoor doesn't allow extradition." Sharon told him.
" Look. I'm sorry I didn't call. But after the Blip and the chaos, I just.." Sam started.
" Look, you know the whole hero thing is a joke right? I mean the way you gave up that shield. Deep down you must know it's all hypocrisy." Sharon told him.

Liliah felt a deep pit start in her stomach. She was learning a lot on this trip. Looks like everyone hated the Avengers. Maybe it's just different for her since she lived with them. She knew them. They were her family.
" He knows. And not so deep down." Zemo said.
" By the way how is the new Cap?" Sharon asked.
" Don't get me started." Bucky shook he's head.

" Please. You buy into all that Stars and Stripes bullshit. Before you were his pet psychopath you were Mr. America Caps best friend." Sharon scoffed.
Liliah's hand went up to her necklace and started fiddling with it. Bucky looked at Liliah and noticed her discomfort.
" Wow. She's kinda awful now." Bucky said.

" Karli Morgenthau and at least seven others have taken the serum." Sam changed the topic.
" You guys really should steer clear of all this for your own safety." Sharon told them.
" Look, we know it's a risk, but we won't leave until we find the one who cracked the code." Sam said.
" We got a name. Wilfred Nagel." Bucky told her.

" Nagel works for the Power Broker." Sharon stood up from the couch.
" We need your help Sharon. I can get your name cleared." Sam told her.
" You haggling with my life?" Sharon asked.
" Not like that." Sam shook he's head.
" I don't but that. You pretending like you can clear my name." Sharon said.

" Okay maybe your right it's hypocrisy. Maybe your right. What happened to you. But the thing is why not take a chance. I will if you do. They cleared Bucky and he's killed like fucking everyone- no offense- and even if they don't who gives a fuck? You have a pretty stable life here if they don't just come back here and live your luxurious life. And if they do then great. We make a deal right here right now. You help us out, we get your names cleared." Liliah finally spoke with her Brooklyn accent spilling out.
