Picking up where we left off. Alvin and Brittany are siting on a fountain close to each other, then they started to lean towards each other, closing their eyes hoping to kiss. Now on with the story.
Alvin and Brittany were about to kiss when Brittany herded a clock, looked up and saw that there was a few minutes left till midnight, then she remembered about what happens at midnight.
"uuuhh...." Brittany started "what's wrong" Alvin asked concerned moving his head back
Brittany hesitated for a few seconds "Alvin, I had a great time with you, but.....I have to go" Brittany answered standing up about to leave.
Alvin stand up and grabbed her hand "are you sure you have to go, I don't even know your name" Alvin said "I'm sorry but I have to go" Brittany said getting her hand back and started to run.
Alvin sat down for a few seconds before he starts to chase her. Brittany ran as fast as she could, she ran threw the people in the ballroom, which was a little harder.
Brittany got to the stairs and started to go up them, when she got to the top Alvin got to the ballroom, but got slowed down since girls wanted to dance with him (cause you know he is the prince)
Brittany then ran into the king. "Your majesty" Brittany said out of breath "young lady" Dave sorry "I'm so sorry" Brittany said curtsying then she went around him
"Oh your majesty......I just want to let you know, that your son is one of the nicest people I ever meat, and that he really loves you, and he really would like to follow his own heart, but he doesn't want to disobey you.......excuse me" Brittany said before running towards the door leaving Dave in a shocking look
Brittany saw her coach and saw the coach man and foot man waving to her, she started to go down the stairs when she tripped and one of her glass slippers fell off.
"WWWWAAAAAIIIITTTT" Alvin said running to the door. Brittany got to the bottom of the stairs and was about to go in when she heard Alvin say wait again.
She looked at him going down the stairs, then she got in the coach and it took off, Alvin saw it leave, then looked down and saw the glass slipper, he went to it and picked it up, then looked at the spot the coach disappeared with a sad look.
Meanwhile with Brittany, the coach left the gates when the clock started to struck midnight. As it keep chiming the coach started to turn back into a pumpkin, the horses started to turn back into mice, the coach man started to turn back into a cat, the foot man started to turn back into a dog, and Brittany's dress started to turn back into what she was wearing before.
As midnight struck, a big flash happened and everything was back to normal, luckily Brittany, the mice, the cat and the dog were ok. Brittany carried the mice as the dog and cat walked on the sides of Brittany. As they walked, she told them about the time she had at the ball.
"I guess it's time to get back to reality" Brittany thought as she ended her story, then she got home and grabbed a broom and started sweeping. A few minutes later Croner, Jeanette, and Eleanor returned with some unhappy looks
"back so soon, I thought you would return later" Brittany asked "we came back earlier" Jeanette said unhappy
"so did your plan work ok" Brittany asked "NO, the prince didn't seem interesting in either of us" Eleanor replied angry "he was all into this other girl that showed up" Croner said
"If I see that girl again, I will do something really bad to her" Jeanette said angry "Me too" Eleanor said. That caused Brittany to get a little scared since they were talking about her.
"I'm so sorry your plan got ruined" Brittany said gently "whatever, finish sweeping then go to bed" Croner commanded "yes ma'am" Brittany said
so Brittany finished sweeping while the others took the dresses off and went to bed. When Brittany was done she went to bed, but before closing her eyes, she had a lot of stuff going on in her head. What her sisters said, the beautiful dress that she had, the time at the ball, and a lot of stuff about Alvin and that he is the prince. Then she closed her eyes and went to bed.
