"Elizabeth!" shouted the person as they began to lightly shake her in efforts on trying to wake her up.

"Fucking hell Evie!" another voice said and began to slap her on the face, "wake up!" Another slap as Evelyn began to stir consciousness.

"Finally! I thought you were dead" came the same voice that slapped her as she opened her eyes to see her friend Adriana leaning over her with Rebekah.

Letting out a groan as Rebekah helped her up as she sat on the bed still covered in dirt. Tossing a stray lock of hair away from her face, Evelyn watched as her friend Adriana spoke, "So I figured what was happening to you"

Evelyn let out a shaky breath as she spoke, her throat itching at the back of her trachea, "That's fucking great." her voice tired and sullen as she began massaging her forehead as she felt a migraine coming.

Letting out a sharp breath, Adriana spoke, "You might want to have look decent, like quickly cause your whole family is alive right now"

The words that just came out of Adriana's mouth resonated as Evelyn sat in disbelief.

Your whole family is alive right now

Your whole family is alive right now

Those words echoing around her as she tried to sense of it. But it didn't make sense. They were dead. Gone. Perished and nothing will bring them back.

Tears began to pool around her eyes threatening to spill. She closed her eyes and began to think.

I am Elizabeth Evelyn Herondale. Push those emotions back and think straight. No emotions. No emotions. No emotions. No emotions. Remember your assassin training.

Opening her eyes again, Evelyn took a deep breath as she pushed her emotions away and made her way to the living room where the rest of her family was. Adriana didn't need to tell her where her family was, after composing herself she let her senses become clearer as she smelt the scent of her family in the air.

Standing in the attire of the past stood her family all looking confused and out of place. She scanned the crowd as she took them in as her eyes landed onto her Fathers face as she quickly rushed to embrace him as he closed his arms around her. Tears threatened to spill as she punched them back - her father was the last of her family to die and here she was embracing him.

Letting go of him, she noticed for the first time who stood next to him; her Mother. Her striking red hair flowing down her waist and her dark eyes resembling the strength and courage of her matriarch, the Goddess Athena.

Letting out a sob, Evelyn stood hesitantly next to her father as she spoke out, "Mother?"

Her mother spoke, "Elizabeth? You've grown so much!" her eyes filled to the brim with tears as she embraced her Mother, one she hadn't seen since she was a baby, only in memories.

"Forgotten about us, Evie?" a voice spoke in a joking manner as she let go of her mother and turned to see her sister Cassandra standing there as beautiful as ever as her striking red hair shone in the room just like their mothers as the sisters embraced each other.

Letting go of her Evelyn turned to her side to see her brother Adonis, his long hair wild and dark as he stood next to his wife Mariana, her sepia brown skin radiating as she embraced Evelyn.

"How is this possible? How are you alive?" Evelyn asked.

A voice spoke out, "Looks like that fucker Hades has a sense of humour" turning her head to the voice as she saw her niece Genevieve or Gen as she likes to be called as she waved a hand aside as she spoke again, "I don't do hugs Auntie"

She heard Mariana speak a few words in Spanish to Genevieve to reprimand her for her language as she let out meekly, "Sorry mama"

"Yeah neither do I" came a male voice belonging to her nephew Matthiás as his face held no emotion as he stood beside his sister Genevieve. Out of all of her brothers children, Matthiàs was always the quiet, expressionless one whilst his sister Genevieve was the mean, bitchy one.

As for the last sibling Anastasia who was named after their grandmother or in this case Evelyn's mother. From the moment Anastasia was born she had inherited the worst out of all of the Cromwell scions; being a spitfire. Compared to Evelyn's siblings and her nephew and niece, Anastasia had the worst temper out of the lot.

All siblings took their looks from their mother inheriting her dark locks and beautiful brown skin - that only thing they inherited from their father was the werewolf bit and the scion bit making them hybrids.

"Well you're my favourite Auntie so I'm giving you a hug" came the voice of her niece Anastasia as she gave Evelyn a hug.

"Tasia I thought I was your favourite Auntie!" came the voice of Adriana as she stood in the doorway leaning against the doorframe.

Tasia gave a laugh as she spoke, "well I can't possibly choose between all of you now"

Evelyn gave a smile as she looked at her family finally reunited as she thought only one thing; she can't let Klaus find out about her family.
