Family suspicion

I get off the bus and walk to my house and hum to the song that I was listening to and think "Weird how they didn't start having any suspicion since I have been doing this type of stuff for a long time." as I reach my door and try to move the doorknob to find out it's locked and pull out my house key and walk in. As I Bryan in the entrance talking I say "Hey afternoon." he looks at me then just leaves I just mumble "He's not gonna change anytime soon that's for sure." as I set my bag down by the living room table (I always do this) and walk to the kitchen to see if I can eat anything before I start doing my homework. As I just take a coke bottle I put in the fridge 2 days ago I say "Well it's better than nothing." as I go back to the living I take out the homework I have which is government, career in finance, and health I decided to take career in finance first since  have to read then write down and that homework is complicated for me for some reason mainly me being dumb. As I finish the homework I decide to do my health assignment basically pick a disease from the chart and write down what does the disease do to people, how people contract it, and what is the treatment for this disease. As I was writing my phone buzzes and see it's ,my friend Gato he said "So are you sure your gonna take a break?" I roll my eyes and text back "I'm sure it's just that i've been doing it for way too long that I want to take a break now and then." he texts back "Alright but when you get back out there don't die please you're still too young." as I just smile and text a quick "Ok" I continue with my homework since I don't want to stay on it too long since it's not that hard and I tend to procrastinate a lot on homework. I put them back then remember there is another assignment basically English which I hated the most

As I finish my school work for the day my little brother comes at me says "Shadow is there any bandages." I tense a little since I've been using them a lot "I think there might be why you ask?" he looks at me and says that he peeled off a piece of skin and was bleeding a little (He ask for a bandage when he only bleeds a little) as he goes to look I follow him he sighs and says "Who has been using them!!" I tense a little more and say " No idea but you are not gonna die so you don't need one." he looks and says fine but what do I use to stop getting the blood on my clothes." I give him a look and give him a napkin and say "Use this." he looks at me and takes the napkin and put its on the finger. As he walks to the playroom to watch tv I go to my room and get my scythe and go to the attic to hide it since that was my only option I wasn't gonna keep it in my room for long since I kept it the same place for too long, and my parents might find it somehow. Since they find out a lot of stuff that I hid in my room like some papers with bad grades since at least that i'm passing the class i'm okay (I always thought this). As I hide it and also my vigilante clothing (think of mystogan clothing in fairytail) as I put them in a box that my dad got last week and put "DO NOT OPEN" I go back downstairs and I see Dany looking at me saying "Is this yours?" he says holding my coke bottle and answer "Yeah don't drink it." he hands it over and say "Why were you in the attic?" I look and say "None of your business so you shouldn't care, it doesn't concern you." but Dany asks "What were you doing in the attic?" I just sigh and thought "Are we actually gonna go through this again of him asking me until I answer him." As I say "I was just in the attic, none of your business, it doesn't concern you." he gives me a look and answers "Just answer me Shadow." I just roll my eyes because if he ever finds out something he doesn't keep secret. When I first got a girlfriend he told everyone, when I started youtube he told everyone, when I was planning a date, when I was talking with my friends of doing a channel all together, along with other stuff I hid he would tell without caring. I just go downstairs as I turn on my headphones so that I can ignore him.

As he keeps asking him to tell me I just hear a faint mumbling so I listen to rock music and I always put them on high volume. My dad comes home and sees me not answering to Dany he taps me and says "Dany is asking you a question." I look at him and he asks again "Why were you in the attic." I look at him and say "None of your business okay." my dad gives me a look since he knows that I answer and doesn't like how I answer questions. But he walks off to the playroom since he has to use the computer for Ebay I look at Dany and say "Stop asking me you're getting on my nerves." as I open the coke bottle and drink out of it. He looks at me and says "Why don't you answer me then." I look and say "I put something in the attic wow so exciting." I say sarcastically since I do this to him mainly all the time when he keeps asking me what I do. He looks at me and sighs since he knows I won't tell him no matter how hard he tries to ask me I won't reveal anymore of my secrets to him or anyone else. He gives up as he watches one piece which he connected to the tv I go on my phone and see if there is any good things on Youtube I can watch. After a few minutes in a murder case of Emma Walker my dad calls me and Dany to the kitchen as we both arrive he asks "Where are the bandages?" Dany replies with "I don't know I asked Shadow and he gave me a napkin." my dad then looks at me and says "Shadow do you know where they are?" I gulp and say "No I don't know where they are." he then says "Why did you give Dany a napkin?" he give him a look and say "He wasn't bleeding a lot so he didn't need a bandage." he smiles and says "So you do know where they are." my eyes jolt wide open and I think "Shoot I shouldn't have said that." I think of a response and say "Fine I used the last bandage." he sighs and says "Alright just tell us next time so we can buy more." as he goes back to the computer I breath a sigh of relief and say "Man that was close." Dany gives me a weird look as I sighed and say "This is getting harder everyday."
