Talk with the guys

The day was normally slow but that guy making fake crimes to kill me I keep going back to that "What if a real crime happens, then what will I do just sit back and let it happen or go forward and try to stop it. But what if it wasn't what if it's a trick and they want to kill me." As I keep thinking of the possibilities of fake crimes and real crimes I hear that voice again "You choose what you think is the best option for you." As I continue walking through the hallways I see Niko and say "Niko wait up!" he stops and smiles "What's up Shadow." I reply with "Nothing really I regret doing this vigilante work for 3 years it's such a hassle." he gives me a weird look and says to me "We told you that it was gonna be dumb but you said you will still do it no matter even if it's cost my life." I give him a look of annoyance and says "You know you didn't have to copy my voice you know." he gives one last look at me and says "We tried to stop you but you kept doing it thinking we wouldn't notice but we did because we check the news." I look down and mumble "Still wondering how I became friends with these guys again?" I questioned as the class starts.

As we start drawing self portraits (I'm not good at this at all) he looks at mine and says "You weren't lying when you said you hate this subject in art class." I look at him and say "I told you that I suck at self portraits I just don't have the talent to draw myself even humans." he says quietly "But somehow you are able to draw beings that aren't human." "I heard that!" I mumble back. The class was mostly boring since we mainly talked about how to improve our drawings (Mainly mine) which turned out good and we left to study hall we see Grim,Nightmare, and Gato all sitting down waiting for us "Look who finally showed up you guys." Nightmare said with annoyance "Well excuse us for having a class that's on the other side of the school." I said with no care at all "You guys could have least told us." Gato said with a little anger "We did!" I reply back with a little yell "Let's just sit down and talk about anything since we aren't gonna argue about who's late and who's here early." Niko said trying to calm us down before we start going at each others throats like last time when I first started my vigilante work. As me and Niko sit down I pull out cards and we start playing palace which doesn't end good we start cussing and yelling and the monitors always think that we're gambling even though were not. 

After our 10th game we start talking about school and how were doing in class (I was doing the worst in class mostly) after I few moments I say "Guys there's something I have to tell all of you." they give me a look then I hear Nightmare say "I swear if it's another thing about your relationship i'm gonna leave this table." I look and say "I wasn't and I barely talk about my relationship with you." I reply with anger in my voice since whenever we have a problem he gets annoyed in like half a second. "So what's the problem that you have this time besides the other tuff that you have going on in your life." he says with no care at all since he only cares about himself mostly "So yesterday there was a vigilante meeting going on and I decided to go to it and let's say it's wasn't what I was thinking." "What do you mean by that Shadow?" Grim says with confusion. "Aren't vigilante meetings a meeting with people who are vigilante or who want to become vigilantes?" I sigh and answer "Let me continue so I can answer all of the questions that you have alright guys." they nod and I tell them about the meeting and the guy that said I basically made the towns worse when I appeared and did my vigilante work, and his mission for many people to become fake vigilantes and trying to kill me off. They look at me and say "You should quit being Shadow Man so that you don't die." Grim says with confidence (Since he's the smartest in the group of friends) "Well Shadow you should keep doing what you're doing and live it to the end!" Nightmare said with confidence and sarcasm (He always talks like this) "Hmm." Niko thinks (I couldn't find a precise line he would say in this scene) "Well I don't care what you would do it's your life." Gato said normally (He would only help if something happened in our personal life). "So one says to retire, another says keep doing what i'm doing, and the other 2 don't want to intervene, so how did we become friends again?" I question them. They all look at each other and change the subject so they don't have to answer the question. 

As the day ends I walk Cameron to her bus as she keeps asking if i'm doing alright which I answer with yes since if I tell her which her decision would be to retire so I don't die. As the day was normal with me doing homework, watching tv, being annoyed by my little brother, and also singing I go take a shower and as i'm drying myself off with the towel I look at the mirror and I see Shadow Man staring at me and says "Let's have a talk Shadow."
