Last Patrol?

As I start walking after getting off the car I'm in the area of New Bostin wearing normal clothes while my scythe is kinda sticking out of my sweater. As I keep walking I see a flyer on the floor and it was hard to read since it was in a puddle of water, and I feel a tap on my shoulder and man says "Can you read that poster?" I nod and he hands me a new one which talks about a vigilante meet up so I decide to go as I arrive the guy asks "You got an invite?" I show him the poster and he welcomes me in and I see a bunch of people dressed up and then the lights go out and a light shines on a man.

"Hello everyone you are all probably wondering why we are here today for a vigilante meeting even though we only know one vigilante SM." I get a chill up my spine due to him saying my vigilante name which I don't like a lot I feel a bad aura on the man. Then I hear him yell "Let's try to kill SM I mean all he did was stop little crimes burglary but not big crimes like murder,abduction, and other crimes that has been happening in this town." He takes a pause then he continues  "Who knows until he accidentally arrests or killed and innocent person in this place or the other places he's been making these arrests." I start hearing the people muttering on how I only done little things but not a lot of help in the towns that I have been "I say to heck with SM he is not doing us a favor he is only making the place work right after he showed up more of these crimes have been happening if we don't end his life who knows how many more crimes will happen." more people mutter and I hear one person say "He's right you know this town was perfect before he showed up." Then another pipes up by saying "Yeah he's been doing no favor for us people he's only making this town worse." As more people say more hurtful comments about me the guy middle makes one last speech "WE HAVE TO TAKE HIM DOWN NOW OR HE MAKES IT WORSE WHO'S WITH MEEE!!!!" The people start yelling agreeing with him I'm just in the middle just like "You guys are kidding me I'm done for."

The meeting ends and many people are starting thinking of costumes and fake vigilante names trying to think if I would think of teaming up with them. As I walk home I see a women getting robbed as I'm about to intervene I hear a voice in the back of my head saying "Don't help you'll be discovered right now and hunted." I take a deep breath and walk away and say "Am I really just gonna stop being Shadow Man right now but I don't want to die but also I don't want to see people suffer."

After and hour walk to my house I sneak back in hide my scythe in the closet and change I keep thinking "I have to stop but I also don't want to to stop this is too confusing." I start to get tired and I'm like "I'll sleep it off and talk it over with the guys tomorrow not Cameron she will probably tear me apart if I tell her I went on a patrol. As I fall asleep I just hear "This is a big mess."
