Finally an update....
Harry's POV
Sometimes dreams do come true. Sometimes your life is a fairytale and provides you with the most perfect people in your life. Sometimes you actually do find a prince charming.
"Zee", I mumble into our kiss, before our mouths mold together once more.
"Mmh", he sighs almost heavenly, while reluctantly dissipating his lips from mine so that I can speak.
"Do you wanna know what I thought of you the day we met?", I curiously ask, beaming up at my handsomely looking boyfriend.
"Oh, god. Probably that I am a douche", he groans cutely, "after all, I didn't even introduce myself."
"Close", I giggle amused with his answer.
"Oh, wait", he grins smugly now, "you thought I was a good-looking douche. Am I right?" Why does he have to be so good at guessing and so stupidly vain? I internally groan.
"You're annoying", I huff playfully.
"Because I am like always right?", he retaliates cockily, quirking an eyebrow at me.
"Not always. You're just good at guessing", I evade, eventually adding, "besides my exact thought was that you maybe look like a prince, but you definitely don't have the manners of one."
"Oh really? A prince?", Zayn is certainly bemused now, an evident smirk plastered on his face, whereas he completely ignores the negative aspect of my statement."Yeah, whatever", I roll my eyes at him, sighing I exclaim, "I regret telling you that. It's not like you need more self-confidence."
"Then why did you? Did you want me to know that right now, I am indeed a prince with preferable manners?", he wants to know, challenging me smugly with his beautiful golden-brown eyes of his. For a second all I do is stare at him, admiring Zayn for his every detail; from head to toe, from body to soul.
"Babe", Zayn is leaning down now, nudging my nose with his and making me pay attention to our conversation again.
"Because", I breathe heavily, "it's a bit embarrassing, actually..."
"Aren't we way past that, Harreh?", Zayn questions, almost states, giving me that final confidence to speak my thoughts out loud.
"Well, yeah. So...I just thought that you are kind of are my prince now", I timidly explain, then closing my eyes so I won't have to see his reaction, since I already feel utterly embarrassed for saying that, which is why I add, "and now it sounds super cringe. I guess I just wanted you to know. It's just all so surreal to me. Everything that has happened between us yet. I just can't believe I am one of the lucky ones who get to experience all this, Zayn. Are you sure that you really love me, the clumsy curly haired one who is freaking shy and awkward around people?"
"Harreh, open your eyes", he speaks as I can feel his one hand caressing my right cheek. Coyly I stare up at him. His eyes immediately piercing into mine.
"I don't want you to ever doubt my love for you. Especially not right now",
"I...", I don't really know what to say. Zayn is just different from anyone I have ever encountered. He is literally the sweetest and dorkiest person, while at the same time, he has this confident, dominant and intimidating side, both of them are equally infuriating. So, I hope he understands my silence, seeing how much I appreciate him, adore him and love him. Just when I am leaning in, wanting to capture his lips in mine and let him feel my love through our touch, we are startled by a door being uncarefully closed, the sound resonating through the house, followed by a girly squeal and I know the moment is gone. Zayn's expression is simultaneously bemused and annoyed. In the end, he decides to stay amused and only sends me a beaming grin, leaning down and pecking my lips, "Looks like tonight isn't the night, love."
