The walking Dead (Y/N story)

Chapter one

Y/N is just a normal girl, she lives on a farm with her family, she has 2 sisters, Maggie and Beth and her dad Hershel.
One day you turn on the tv and you hear something shocking. Something you never thought would've happened. "A plane crashed last night. A huge explosion happend. Killed 2000 people. But those people came back. Not as humans but as zombies. They are biting people, once you get bite, you die. In less then 24 hours 928,000 people have died by these zombies. We don't belive to call them zombies, us and the government think, we think that we should call them walkers. Be careful, walkers are taking over towns, we suggest to grab your family and get out of the city, get weapons, and stock up on food, there will be no electricity till this is all over. Stay safe everyone"
You see on the news. "Maggie!!" You call to know if this is a joke or something. She comes down stairs "what is it?" She says "did you look on the news? What happend?" You say turning up the volume on the Tv. "Oh my gosh, did she just say there's zombies that are taking over the world?" "It's walkers, and yes" you say kinda scared. "We need to tell dad and Beth." Maggie says.
Maggie, Beth and you have always been really close. You and Beth are the same age, with Maggie being 3 years older. Your mother died from cancer 3 years ago, and ever since your dad has not been doing well.
"DAD? BETH? WHERE ARE YOU?" Maggie and you scream walking around the house. "We are in here" Beth says in the kitchen. "Hey We are making blueberry pie, it was moms favourite right dad?" Beth said smiling. She looked at Maggie and you and saw you guys with a worried look on your face. "Uhh, why do you guys look like that? What happend?" She said looking worried. "The news, there was a plane crash and uh, there's zombies all over the cities, almost a million people have died and came back to life trying to bite people" Maggie says walking around the kitchen. "They want us to call them walkers, and we need to stick olio on food, water and weapons. We also don't have electricity till this is all over" You respond. "Well, your joking right?" Hershel says and laughs. "That was a good joke guys, you got me for a second" Beth says laughing aswell. "Guys, we're not joking, come look on the news" You say walking back towards the tv.
They all look at the news and Hershel and Beth are shocked.  "We need to get more food, a lot more food, this is going to be bad, I have 3 guns in a safe upstairs, I'll use a knife," Hershel says. "Beth and Y/N, you'll go and get good, if you see bullets or any more guns, grabe them. Make sure to get as much as possible." Hershel says handing them keys to the truck. "Alright dad, I love you. See you soon"  Beth grabs a knife and you guys head out the door.
Maggie and Hershel are sitting down waiting for them to come back. "Hey dad, can I learn how to use the gun? I should know how just incase those walkers come here" Maggie asks Hershel. "Hunny, it's going to take a lot of practice, but sure, you can, but don't get disappointed if you can't get it right away" He says and goes upstairs.
