"I took your memories and your family away to make you happy."
She didn't say anything, when he looked up tears were streaming down her face. "I can't believe you did that to me. After everything we've been through. You are my husband Hobi, you above everyone else are who I'm supposed to trust the most. Do you even realize I stopped asking what was in the potions you gave me? You hand me a potion; I take it without question because I love and trust you. But you broke that trust." She started sobbing; he tried to reach forward to hold her, "No," she cried out. She tried scooting back, but there wasn't anywhere for her to go.
She looked terrified of him, a look he never wanted to see on her face. He was her safety, and he broke that. "Please just go, Hobi," she whispered.
He didn't want to leave but had to earn her trust again. "Can I give you something for the pain, at least?"
She shook her head. "Just leave me, please."
Hobi was crying but nodded when he reached the door. "I love you, Amara; I want you to know that." He wasn't expecting her to say anything back, so he closed the door. When he looked down at his ring, it was grey. It seemed like it was going to continue adding colors for her.
He wanted to punch something, so he did. He punched the wall over and over and over. He punched it so hard and long that he tore up his hand and destroyed the wall. "Hyung, here, let me help you." He didn't even respond to Jungkook. He saw Jimin fixing the wall, and Jungkook dragged him to the kitchen to wash his hands. Jin came and helped him, and not long after, his hand was back to new.
"We did it; she's been completely wiped from their memories. We even did her bedroom; it's a boring grey attic now."
"Thanks, Joon, I appreciate it."
"Of course; now, do you want to tell us why you were going all Muhammad Ali on the wall when we came home?"
Hobi just started crying, and they all rushed to him, "she found out that I had taken her memories. I lost her trust."
Jungkook rubbed his back lightly, "I'm sure it's okay; she loves you."
He shook his head, "No, can you go in there? She needs comfort right now."
Amara couldn't stop crying, she couldn't believe he did that to her. He took her memories away without even asking her. At least when he gave her that memory potion, it was her choice. She was curled on her side, and she felt the bed shift. He wrapped his arms around her. "Kookie, how could he do that to me?"
He kissed the top of her head and placed his chin there. "He did it to protect you. That's all he's ever wanted to do. He wasn't even the one who cast the spell. You should be mad at all of us."
Amara turned in his arms to face him, "But he's my husband, Jungkook. That makes a difference." She sighed, "I can't stay here."
"Do you want to go back to Hogwarts?"
She shook her head against his chest, "No, somewhere he can't find me." Jungkook wanted to laugh. There was nowhere in the world he couldn't find her; he had made a ring for him that guaranteed it.
"How about I take you back to my house? My parents are dying to meet you. I've been telling them about the girl who became my little sister."
"Will I be safe there?" No, maybe for a day or two, but then he'll come. But she needed reassurance right now.
"Of course, but I don't have any potions to help you with the pain. Do you want to take anything before we go?"
"No, I need to pain to remind me."
