Seto's POV

I woke up with a pain in my chest, literally. I looked around, I was rested up against a tree with the castle still in viewing distance. I looked down at my chest and saw my body wrapped around in bandages and my robe burnt crisp (who wants some burnt robe for dinner?). Remembering what happened, I tried to get up but to no avail.

"Woah you can't even move yet, and you want to stand?" Ian said next to me

"Thanks for saving me, but what happened after I passed out?" I asked

"Uhhh well when I looked back at them, they were gone," He said suspiciously nervous

"Huh ok, we should find the others though."

"How are you going to walk?" He asked

I smiled, "who said anything about walking?" I started to float up into the air but stopped and winced as my power was draining my energy. Ian had a worried look on his face, "I'm ok," I assured him

I slowly float back up and balanced myself as we slowly make our way to the others.

Kyle's POV (I know right when you saw this you were like: *gasps* Kylbrine?)

"You know you don't have to join in the war," I said to Hero

"But you're going, and I don't want to leave you," he said looking through the gallery of swords

I sighed, "Fine, but you're never leaving my sight, and I won't ever leave you," I kissed him in the forehead

"Promise?"

"Promise."
He smiled.
