Real Chapter 31

SShadee's POV (you already know)

I followed Seto to the right of the swamp.

"Damn, why did the air get so moist so fast?" Seto muttered

We found a path made out of gravel leading into the fog and followed it.
"WOAH!"

The pathway lead up to a huge castle, fully made out of cracked and moss stone bricks.
The castle was surrounded by lava and the only way in is through the entrance.

"How do we get in?"

"Well that's the only entrance that I can see," I responded, almost speaking in my own voice

Seto looked at me suspiciously, "There are no bridges too."
I stayed silent

"Hmmm, maybe I could use a teleport spell? Cade could help," Seto said to himself

The lava suddenly splashed everywhere with a figure that is made out of lava with a creeper face.
"Wha-" Seto started but was cut off by the splashing lava falling on him
He created a forcefield and deflected the lava as the lava mob created floating balls of lava

I stood there while Seto charged with his sorcerer sword. Right before it hit the lava mob, the spear appeared out of nothingness and blocked the attack.

"Can you at least try to defend yourself?" A person wearing a black jacket and torn jeans appeared, holding the spear. He had white hair and a headphone around his neck

"Well I wanted you to do it," the lava mob said

"Well f*ck you too then," The person put his headphone on his ear and dissipated along with the spear

The lava mob shrugged and sent waves of lava balls at Seto, it destroyed his forcefield and hit him right in the chest.

Seto cast a water spell on himself and evaporated the lava, but the lava still burned into his chest.
I rushed over and picked his limp body off the ground, "G-go leave me Ian..."

I grinder my teeth.
NO ONE CAN HURT HIM EXCEPT FOR ME, HE IS MINE. (Ooooooo new ship SShato?)

I stood up and grabbed my dried blood covered blade from my back, I charged. The lava mob summoned more lava balls and shot them at me. I sliced through them with my blade and shadow traveled right behind him. I slashed and stabbed, again and again.

I stop as I came to my senses, why did I help him? Wasn't I going to kill him too?
I looked down at the pile of lava under me, it slowly slipped into the lava river behind me.

"Stupid lava mob," I heard a mutter on my right, I turned right but there was nothing there.

Whatever, I ran towards the limp Seto and picked him up.
I walked to a nearby tree and set him down.

I looked at the castle as I wondered this question,

Why did I save Seto?
