"This town is so sad and dreary, I fucking hate it." She really did hate small towns, preferring the big city, sad small even more so.
"I know little serpent but we must be here for the time being at least." Because he hated small towns just as she did, it was one of the many things they had bonded over when they were young some time ago.Night had fallen and the two were aming their way towards the little towns high school, they had
heard rumors that the person they were looking for had been seen in this town and they knew their
best bet of finding them would be to show up to the school dance. It was a 60s decade dance and
personally Tom hated this decade, the outfits, the people, the music he didn't like it at all. Persephone
personally didn't mind, it wasn't her favorite but she didn't hate it the way Tom did.
Entering the school gym they kept hidden in the shadows by the doors and observed the room, their
eyes swept the room twice and they could see that their target wasn't there but they could feel the
fain hum of the magic which let them know he was there but hidden some how. You would think in a
room full of teenagers he would be easily spotted.
Following the hum led them towards the drink table there they saw two men one was clearly a baby
vampire, which left the other man. Persephone looked at Tom and they had a silent conversation,
persephone nodded and made her way over to the table where they were standing.
Grabbing a drink Persephone took a sip and ignoring the raven haired man held out her hand to the
dirty blonde older man. "Persephone Albright, pleasure to meet you." She said as she smiled softly up
at the man, silently observing him. The man looked down at her with mild confusion, but still he
retureed the gesture, shaking her hand.
"Alaric Saltzman and the pleasures all mine I assure you."
