Ashley POV

October 7, 2020

8:00 PM

So I was actually in South Korea. It all still felt like a fever dream that I was yet to wake from.

I stood outside the building I was told to take a taxi to. There were people supposedly coming to pick me up. I decided to sit tight.

Although the night was young, the city felt like a ghost town. Cars sparse, few people on the streets, buildings living in darkness. What had happened?

My eyes dance across the night sky as I grip my luggage like it was all I had... well, because it was.

After scanning the area, my eyes fall on a man. Tall build, fairly fit, black hair. He looked straight out of a fantasy film. Like a prince come to save me.

So is that why he was staring at me so intensely?

A hero in disguise?

My fantasies were cut short when I noticed him approaching

"Shit.. don't approach me. I just got off a long ass flight and I look like a mess." I thought to myself

Before I could even fix my posture, he was right there in front of me. I was tempted to reach out and see if he was even real, but he once again cut me off.

Seonghwa's POV

There she was

Right in front of me.

Out of every place they chose, they chose this country, this place even, right next to our fucking base?

I tried to muster up the courage to even speak to her or step her direction. Every instinct told me to run.; to look the other way and pretend like I never saw her.

Shit, I'm staring.

Shit she saw me staring.

Well there was no going back now. I had to talk to her, especially before Hongjoong saw.

I knew his schedule to the minute. He would be leaving the base any second now.

I steadily moved towards her, engulfed in a panic.

"Hi can I help yo-?"

I cut her off before she could finish, pulling her into the nearby alleyway. I hoped the lack of light would conceal our identities, but I wasn't taking any chances.

"Just don't ask any questions, and stay quiet." I spoke urgently

"I don't even know your name and you pulled me into some alley in a foreign country an-!"

I cut her off once again, "I know you understand English. I said stay quiet."

I listened closer, hearing his boots approaching. My heart was racing, terrified of him finding the two of us.

"I don't really think this is fair, I mean I just got here and you're trying to kidnap me-"

I needed to shut her up.

I pressed my hand against her mouth before she snatched it away.

"Dude you have got to stop it with the non-consensual shit-!"

She was being too loud.

You do not understand, I did not have any other choice.

I grabbed her by the shoulders, spinning her around quickly before pressing my lips firmly against her mouth, my hand pressing her to the wall.

Well. I guess that was one way of doing it.
