Seonghwa's POV

9:30 PM
It had only been over an hour.
Why was I still thinking about her?
Our paths were never suppose to cross.
On opposite sides of the world, yet here she is. Right in my playground.
I should stop while I am ahead.
I sighed, taking a shower to clear my head.
Spoiler alert: it did not help at all.
After getting changed, I sat on the couch with my bourbon. I stared at the glass, swirling the drink around for a bit. I felt my phone buzz.
'Message from Fix On'
I sighed, picking up my phone to read it
Mingi: Please tell me you are in your house?
Seonghwa: Yes, Why?
Mingi: Alright, let me in.
I heard the soft knock on my door that could only have belonged to him. The door creaked open and I immediately noticed his tense stature. He looked around nervously, checking the area before walking in.
"He just called Yeosang in. We were talking and Yeosang got a call from Hongjoong." He said, his eyes widened.
"Well it is late, I mean that isn't off for him. He calls us in late all the time."
"No, Hwa you don't understand. He has found her. He saw her get into a taxi and head West. He is trying to find her exact location."
My hands shook. I thought I was careful, but not careful enough. I did not even know what to say. How did he even know I wanted to keep her safe?
"How- Why?-"
"Yunho was telling us about what you did for her.. we are all on your side. We have to hurry though. Yeosang said he would buy us some time but I don't think we have too long."
What the hell would we even do? Stepping in between him and a goal was not exactly easy.
I grabbed my coat, hat, and mask and headed for the door.
As Mingi started his car, I dialed Hongjoong.
