We’re all still shocked by what just happened a few minutes ago. Casper's blood is everywhere. I even have a stain of his blood on my shorts and arm. Nikki is still staring at where he was… same with us. We didn’t even move an inch. We’re all scared. Scared to move.
What if something happens to us too? Death? Cuts? Skin getting burned? We just came here to look around, but what the hell is happening?
“Tim. Move. Roll the dice and move.” Madiing sabi ni Jaime.
“So you're gonna ignore him? He's dead, Jaime! Casper is freaking dead! Tapos sasabihan mo siyang gumalaw?!” Galit na sigaw ni Jake.
“Wala na tayong magagawa! Nakita mo naman, diba?! The snake ate him! Mababalik mo pa ba?! Inunti-unti si Casper! Hindi na natin siya mababalik!” Galit ding sigaw ni Jaime kay Jake. “If only we can bring him back…” umiiyak na sabi niya.
“I’m sorry, guys. I brought you into this.” Umiiyak na sabi ni Tim.
“It’s not your fault, Tim. Walang may kasalanan dito.” Sabi ko.
“Tim… move ka na. Para matapos na ’to!” Sigaw ni Nikki.
Tim had no choice. Pinindot na niya yung button and the dice rolled. Three.
“Eighty…” bulong ko. He’s now on tile ninety-nine.
Next si Jaime, and he got six. Six?! Binilang ko agad yung tiles niya, and he’s supposed to land on ninety-five. But he stopped on ninety-six?
“You’re supposed to stand on ninety-five. Why the heck are you standing there?” Tanong ko sa kanya.
“I got six. I’m standing on ninety,” sabi niya.
“M-my bad. Gosh. Kinabahan ako dun,” Sabi ko.
“I don’t want anyone to die again. Let’s continue." Sabi niya, then Diana rolled her dice.
Three. Now she’s on tile ninety-one, thanks to the ladder sa tile seventy-two.
Irish got five, now she’s at eighty-five.
Nikki got one—she’s on sixty-two.
“G-guys… sixty-two… s-snake attacks…” Nanginginig na sabi niya. “N-no… I can’t die here!” Umiiyak niyang sigaw, sabay tingin sa akin.
Then biglang may mga bumagsak na snakes sa kanya at agad siyang pinalibutan.
“Ahh! N-no—gh… aah!” Nikki.
The snakes were eating her! May umiikot sa katawan niya kaya ’di siya makagalaw! May pumasok pa sa shirt niya… sa mouth niya… kaya natigilan siya.
“Nikki!” sigaw ni Jake. “What the hell?!"
Bilang may glass na tumaas galing sa sides ng tiles namin. Na-trap kami sa loob.
“Ano 'to?! What the heck?!” Hirap na sabi ni Irish habang pinapalo yung glass wall.
“Huha! You seem to enjoy the games... tik... tok... tik... tok... 20 minutes left! Tik... tok... tik... tok... Huha!” sigaw ng clown.
“Fudge this!” inis na sigaw ni Jaime, habang nakatingin kay Nikki.
We just watched the snakes eat Nikki alive. We couldn’t help. We couldn’t break this glass wall. If only we could jump out of here and leave this fricking place!
“Nikki…” Mahina pero desperadong tawag ni Lorraine.
They ate her slowly, like what happened to Casper. May mga snakes na lumabas pa sa eyes and ears niya—ibig sabihin, kinain na nila yung inside ng head niya. May mga butas na rin yung katawan niya, kaya hindi na siya makatayo. Inunti-unti siya hanggang buto na lang ang natira. Then the snakes slithered away sa butas sa gilid ng tile. All that was left was blood, bones, and some organs. Nothing more.
