This is for my friend, SaDai64. She drew one of my characters for me, and since I can't draw for the life of me I thought that writing a story would be the best idea for me. She requested it. So please enjoy.

I'm Not Crazy, Right?

It was a Thursday like every other. At 9AM, I was woken up and told to get ready. At 9:30, I'm brought out of my padded cell and brought to my therapist. At 9:45, we arrive at my therapist and the session starts.

As usual, Dr. Jandam waves the guards off. They look to him then to me then back to the Doctor.

"Are you sure sir? You know that she's the on-"One of the guards started as usual.

"I'm fine." He says.

"But sir we insist." The other guard says. I smirk.

"Yeah Dr., take their advice." I say still smirking. He rolls his eyes.

"Just leave. I can take care of her myself." He says. The two guards nod and then leave. He then turns towards me and takes out his clip board as usual, "So Samantha, are you still having that dream?" He asks me. I roll my eyes.

"I've told you. It's not a dream. It's a vision." I say. He nods, writing something on his clip board.

"So tell me about this "vision" again." He says, putting quotations around vision. I roll my eyes again.

"It starts out as me standing in red snow. I look down at the snow and a creepy smile forms on my face. I then start laughing. I fall to the ground from laughter." I say.

"What do you look like in the vision?" He asks.

"Well I have a red and black dress and that's it." I say.

"Interesting. How do you feel after your dream?" He asks me.

"I feel scared. It's the only reason...I know...it's real." I say. He just rolls his eyes.

"Ok. Now I think that this is all we have time today." He says. I nod and head towards the door.

"See you next time Doc." I say walking out the door. When I get out of the door I see the guards standing outside the door as usual.

"Are you done?" The first guard asks. I roll my eyes.

"No of course not." I say sarcastically.

"Oh ok." The other guard says. I roll my eyes.

"Yes we're finished." I say.

"But you just said-"The first guard started.

"I know what I said. I was being sarcastic." I say. They both nod. Then they bring me back to my cell. When we get there I go to the corner that I usually just sit in. About an hour later, I hear my door open. I look up. It's unusual for me to get any visitors. The person had long blonde hair and purple eyes. I thought it was weird since no one has that eye color. She was wearing a white lab coat. The coat had specks of red on it.

"Hello Samantha." The person said.

"Hello. Who are you? I'd also ask how you know my name but I can already guess how." I ask. The person smirks.

"I am Dr. James." He says. I nod.

"Ok. So what are you doing here Dr. James." I ask him.

"I'm here to talk to you about your dream." He says. A frown comes on my face.

"Why does everyone tell me it's a dream? It's a vision. I know it's real." I grumble to myself. He rolls his eyes.

"You need to give up on this. It's not real. It's never happened and never is going to so stop saying it will." He says. I glare at him.

"Of course you would say that. It's what everyone says. And no I wouldn't give up on it. As long as I'm alive I will never give up on it." I say through clenched teeth. He smirks.

"Well then if I can't do anything to change your mind then I guess I'll just leave then." He says before he walks out the door. After a few moments I look over to the door since I didn't hear it close. The door was wide open. I walk out of it and look around to see if anyone was there. There was no one.

So I, of course, walk out and start towards the front door. It took a while for me to find it since I was going by memory and a memory that was from at least 4 years ago. Before I was about to walk out the door, I remember that they took my wallet and clothes from me, meaning I had no money. So I had to go find where they put my stuff.

I walked around for what felt for hours just trying to find the room they took me to when I got here. When I got there I looked in the several buckets of things from the people in here. Then finally I find it. It has everything that I had when I first came here. I hurriedly changed into the blue jeans and blue shirt and put my wallet and things in my pockets.

I then walk back to the door. The hallway before I get back there though, I check to make sure no one's there. But unfortunately I say both Dr. James and Dr. Jandam standing there. From the context I could tell that Dr. James was leaving. I stood where I was and listened in but was quiet as to not get caught.

"Thank you for having me." Dr. James says. Jandam nods.

"It was our pleasure. So did you get through to her?" Jandam asks.

"Yes. I think that she will be out of your hair." James says looking over to where I was and winking at me. I could tell that he wanted for me to leave. I wonder if he believed me or if he was just being nice.

"I'm glad. That's why we invited you here." Jandam said.

"Well, I'm glad I could be of service to you. It is my job after all." James says. Jandam smiles.

"Well before you go, did you forget anything?" Jandam asks. James thinks for a minute.

"I do think I forgot something in Samantha's room." James says.

"Ok then, do you have an idea of what you left?" Jandam asks.

"Yea. I think I left my phone." James says. Jandam nods.

"Ok." Then they walk in the opposite direction of where I was. Before they leave, James looks back and winks at me. I wait until I can no longer see them before I walk over to the door. At first I just stand in front of it. I stand there for a minute. I then take a breath. This was my first time outside in the real world for at least 4 years.

Then after standing there for what felt like an eternity, I open the door slowly and walk out into the light. I shield my eyes from the sun for a minute. Then when I take my hand away, I blink a few time before walking any farther. Then I head towards a hotel that I could stay at for the time being. I was glad that I was finally going away from the place that I was kind of a prisoner in for 4 years.
