I woke up in the morning after a long night of celebration . I was greatful for my friends and family.

I freshen up and go downstairs where I see my mum making breakfast she's making toast and egg, I see her also making coffee for my dad who is sitting at the dinning table reading something in his phone, am sure it's about work.
I entered the kitchen and greet my parents and siblings then I  walk to the top counter and take out a box of cereal and start eating.
By the time we were done my dad said he has something to tell us , so I listen but what he told me left me in total shock.

" Ok kids I have news , I don't know how you guys are going to take it but it's for the best."

"I've been transfered and assigned to work in England, precisely London, and my salary had been added which is one of the best news I've heard from my boss this year."

"And am moving with you guys ."

Total silence that's what was heard
Non of us spoke because we were in total shock.
I can't believe dad is taking us along with him this time, usually he goes alone , so why is he taking us along , I don't want to leave my friends and life here , am not a sociable person so I don't think even if I transfer I will indeed make friends, no this cannot happen.

"Dad congrats on that but I don't think I will like to move with you, I mean I have a life here that I don't want to leave."

"Roseline understand with your father, he just wants us to be together" mum says.

"But mum it's not fair" I say almost shouting.

"Honey I know this is all new for u, but it's my decision, I don't want to be away from you guys for too long, and this time am not certain when the contract will end so that's why am taking all of you guys along".

"Dad will I be able to see the Queen". My brother asked.

I can't believe that's all he has to say, how mature  of him.

"I can't believe you guys,
Hmm anyhow I dont have anything to say, I just hope I will make some friends." I say defeated

"Thanks honey your the mature one." Dad says.

"Hey! You guys are so unfair and I think am not your first  child." He say fake hurt.

And we all burst into laughter.
That's my family for me.
