So, I didn't realize that it's been roughly two weeks since I last updated. Please forgive me. I'm sorry. I've been busy. School got crazy and I have still been recuperating from being sick. I went camping and fishing last weekend and had a blast. Anyways, I'll stop rambling. P.S. Happy Easter everyone! Hopefully everyone enjoys their weekend. (I know I will. I don't have any classes tomorrow.)

OH! P.P.S. I'm writing this after I got done with Biology Lab for Science Majors. We started dissecting a piglet today. It was so sad :(

When Milly came to she was locked in a room. She tried standing but collapsed.

"Don't try standing right now."

Milly looked around and saw Shayln standing in the corner.

"Shayln!"

Shayln smiled softly. "Hey. It's Emily, right?"

Milly shook her head. "Actually, it's Milly."

"Oh."

"Ya. Where are we?" Milly tried standing this time and was able to stand. There were in a small room with no windows. She made her way towards the door. She jiggled the handle but nothing happening.

"It's useless. Don't try screaming either. Also useless. And as to where we are, no idea. They don't say anything. They just come in a couple times a day and bring me food and water. They bring me to the bathroom but I'm supervised. How long have I been missing?"

Milly glanced over at her. "Not even a week. When Jake found out you've been taken, he immediately jumped into action."

"What does Jake do? He's not a drug dealer or anything is he?"

Milly laughed. "Definitely not a drug dealer. He is a FBI agent who specializes in undercover work. From what I gather, he was just in case here. Trying to take down a man named... Antonio."

"Oh yeah, that's right. They must have hit me much harder than I thought they did." Shayln rubbed her arms. "How does his girlfriend know before his family did?"

Milly chewed on her bottom lip, internally debating about whether or not she should tell Shayln the truth. She would feel bad for lying to Shayln but Milly wasn't sure if it was her place to tell Shayln what was going on. Milly let out a soft sigh. "My family owns Miliani Industries. The Law firm and the very exclusive and high profile escorting company. With Jake's business, he doesn't have time for love but he didn't want to disappoint your family so a friend referred my services to him. Before you go and call me a slut,  I never sleep with my clients under any circumstances." Well, that was mostly the truth. She had slept with Jake, she still wasn't sure what to make of that. She enjoyed every moment of it.

Once again, all Shayln said was, "oh."

"Ya... He cares for you very much and he feels like it is all his fault."

Shayln snorted very unattractively. "Ya, I couldn't imagine why. He was being shot at, at MY wedding."

"Do you really think your brother would go to your wedding expecting to be shot at? No. Do you think he wanted to ruin your perfect day? No, he didn't. If you really think that of your brother, you need to reevaluate your priorities."

Shayln stood motionless. "You're right. Sorry, I've just had a lot of time to do some thinking. I have just been trying to figure out why my brother was being shot at and the only thing I could think of was that he was in a gang or something. If I would have known that those guys we met on a vacation would have started firing at my brother, I wouldn't have invited them."
