Chapter 37: A Season for Encounters

The next morning all classes resume and the rest of Class 1-A learns of Izuku and Katsuki's bout. They tease the boys about it before leaving.

They avoid making eye contact with me. I let out a sigh before I followed the others.

"Everyone! Stay in line and move promptly to the grounds!" Iida instruct us into a single file to walk towards the sports ground.

"You're the one who's not in line." Sero jokingly says, embarrassing Iida.

"The dilemma of a class rep!"

"Don't mind him Iida." I uttered.

On the way,  the class encounters Monoma, "I heard, Class A.. Two people! You had two people fail the provisional licensing exam!" 

"Class B's Monoma!"

"He's crazy, as usual!" Kaminari exclaims.

"So were you the only one to fail again? Like wih the final?" Kirishima asked. Monoma laughed before he turn his back to us. "Which is it?!"

"We.. all passed! We've pulled ahead of you, Class A." Monoma proudly says.

"Sorry.. Everyone..." Todoroki apologizes.

"They're just turning it into competition on their own." I says.

"Yeah, don't worry about it Todoroki." Kirishima added.

A short girl with round face and wavy blonde hair which reaches halfway down her back, "According to Vlad Teacher, we'll have classes together this semester! I'm looking forward to it!"

"Oh, I can't wait to test out my skills!" 

"Anyway, you're an exchange student, right?"

"I'll beat you up so bad you won't be able to get back up!" Monoma takes advantage of Pony's inarticulate Japanese to trick her into taunting us. Kendo appeared and knocks Monoma out.

"Hey, we're trying to get through back here." 

"I'm sorry! Come now, everyone, save your chitchat for later." Iida says. Shinsou and his class walked pass. I noticed that Shinsou have improved physique since the UA sports festival.

On the sports ground, Principal Nezu addresses the student body. He discusses the importance of sleeping to one's fur and hair quality, and that disturbances in lifestyle are not healthy.

He then discusses disturbances in people's lifestyle over the summer, and the increasing threat of chaos. With this in mind, he stresses the importance of U.A. students' future place in society and the importance of internships for the students in the Hero program.

"And now, we have a few warnings from the non-curricular guidance teacher, Mr. Hound Dog." Vlad King introduces Hound dog, who proceeds to growl and scream incoherently into the microphone.

"Grrr... Yesterday... grrrrrrr... At the dorms! Grrrrrr... growl...! Unused to grr.. life- Woooooooooooo!!!!" 

"I really understand that." I uttered quietly, deadpan.

Vlad king returns to the microphone to remind the students to live a life of moderation, mentioning a fight between two students.

"Midoriya and Bakugou are being treated as problem child, aren't they." Yaoyorozu uttered quietly.

"They are though." I added.

In the classroom, Aizawa tells us that we must switch gears back into being students. It's been a while since the last time I felt being a student again.
