"He's what?!" The president of Hero Public Safety Commission stand up from her seat. "Is it the League that kidnapped him?!"

"Not sure. But his crow told me it was other people. I'll go and find where they keeping him captive. I might need some backup and call Eraserhead."

"Understood. We cannot allow any villains to take advantage on him. He hasn't fully recover yet from his fight with the demon." The call ended.

The president sat back to her seat. She's aware the villains might have take interest on Y/n and sees him as a potentially powerful ally. It's worth the risk they'll take.

Third-Person POV

Y/n's gaze swept across the ruined space, his senses sharpening as shadows shifted. One by one, they emerged Toga with her wicked smile, Twice, Mr. Compress poised like a performer awaiting his cue, Spinner's grip tightening around his weapon, and at the center of it all, Shigaraki.

They had surrounded him.

Y/n sighed, his hand never straying far from his blade. "You seem to be one short. Where's the one who plays with fire?"

"If you're talking about Dabi," Twice piped up, waving his arms, "he'll be here soon! Don't worry about it!"

"I see. Then what do you guys want?" Y/n asked. Even though he already knew he's they're target. "I take it that I'm still in your kidnap list?"

"Hahaa! He remembers! Tomura-kun!" Toga chirped.

Shigaraki chuckled, as he slowly removed the hand that veiled his face revealing that half-withered grin beneath. His crimson eyes locked onto Y/n with unsettling clarity.

"Of course you're still on the list." He stepped forward. "Bakugou refused us. Predictable. And you..."

He tilted his head slightly. "No matter how much I expose the rot in this so-called hero society, you still wouldn't turn."

The silence crackled between them before he continued, words sharp as a blade.

"But you're different from the others, Tomioka. You're not just powerful—you're essential. A rare variable in a rigged equation."

His smirk widened, something malicious stirring beneath his tone.

With you on my side, nothing would be out of my grasp. So Tomioka, are you ready to become the next kurogiri?" Shigaraki asked with a smirked on his face.

"That's precisely what I despise being seen not as a person, but as a weapon. I will not let men like you forge me into a tool for ruin." His gaze burned into Shigaraki.

But the moment cracked

A violent surge of blue flames erupted toward him from the side.

Without hesitation, Y/n shifted, arm sweeping to brace Kanzaburo before he leapt backward, just beyond the fire's reach. The blast scorched the earth where he had stood moments before, the heat licking at his cloak as he landed several meters away—graceful, unharmed, and still unyielding.

He knelt briefly, whispering to the crow perched loyally on his shoulder. "Kanzaburo... go. Far from here."

The bird cawed softly in protest, but Y/n's voice was firm. "That's an order."
