You're probably wondering why Saku changed right? Well the attack in the aftermath of the invasion changed her, as for the reason of the attack they thought Saku was Sakura and when she realised that she had killed them she broke mentaly. She was thinking that the next person that comes should finish her off only for her to learn the truth about the ninja world. As for the part before that she felt so useless and was falling it started after the wave when she was with team 7 also so you don't get confused after the timeskip with her change in attitude towards people. As for the rookie twelve I had to do that just in case though her sensei was not a good judge of character. When she looked for teamwork she found some and passed them on and never built on it due to personal problems treating them as tools not people. As for the timeskip that's going to be hinted at throughout the next few chapters when the revolution finished and Saku showed that she is no longer the person she used to be. as for Sakura's and Ino's relationship its on pause till they get back together in the book. Also saku and sakura are actually cousins as sakus parents are sakura's aunt and uncle saku finds that out and will try to make better relations with sakura.

as for why naruto and sakura didn't mention their dreams is because they don't know much about kakashi and if your wondering what i meant when one of sakura's dislikes is her family i meant saku's parents and here is the reason for it as i mentioned later on in the chapter that both sakura and naruto look underfed sakura's is from being thrown out of the house at the age of four for them to get rid of her which caused her to hate them. She had found out about what made their clan so unique as while she was being beaten up by one of the ninja she unlocked her keke genki and killed the nin by using his own blood as a poison to kill him. As for her liking ino there is a reason and it's because Ino other than naruto had became her best friend after saving her from some bullies at the academy when they were starting out there, and as time went on sakura noticed how people were treating sasuke and helped him out of his funk and helping ino understand that sasuke was not a toy to be played with. So ino only did so to protect sasuke but she also fell in love with her for a while till they tied the knot and yes they were together for a while actually and still are as they go on dates when they both are free for the day and naruto teases them about it when ino decides to stay the night saying something along the lines of "dont make too much noise tonight" or "dont break the bed when having fun tonight" as yes he knows about it but never told anyone thanks to seeing sakura as family. They are in a way siblings even though they are not actually related but there is a promise between their clans that hasn't been fulfilled due to problems that would arise for the time being.

and as for inner she's still there just more bloodthirsty after what happened to gato during the massacre on the bridge in fact she was in control of the keke genki forming the rest of it and yes saku has one as well but hers is more on the mean side of things. Also inner sakura is her twin as a summon, the reason as to why I didn't give her one yet but they will look very identical to their sibling.
