Kakashi is a surprisingly incompetent teacher. She thinks she knows where that comes from though.

He is a natural genius, he never had to have the simple steps explained he just figured them out on his own.

This won't work with this team. Namikaze und Uchiha are too self absorbed to ask him for help, ask him to explain in smaller steps, ask him to actually teach them.

She knows this because she noticed this with Oro also. If she wants him to explain something she has to ask for it, or at least had to ask for it. These days they know when to explain their thoughts to each other without having to be asked for clarification.
