Chapter 9

Life is a beautiful journey that is meant to be embraced to the fullest every day. However, that doesn't mean you always wake up ready to seize the day.

Let's go back to Our Baby and Thanit...

After the outdoor trip Gulf had calmed down to great extent. He was very much back to his older self. Thanit also found himself feeling better and motivated. Both of them were now looking forward to the future.
Thanit had 2 years left to complete his graduation and then he had to do three months of internship before getting permanent job and also he wanted to go for master's program. (Well In some country 19-23years old students graduate,so I am making Thanit to do so at age of 19-20).

In between other than working at Bakery Shop he also found another job at a BookStore. Well the store didn't pay him enough but he loved it for he was able to gain access to books in free which were hard to find in college library to broaden his knowledge.
He wanted to become Legal Advisor in a Bank. He didn't want to be just a mere advisor but wanted to be part of the topmost Bank of the country and gain name for himself and for that he needed to gain as much knowledge as he could. He wanted to give himself and Baby Gulf a life where his parents would feel proud of Him.

On the other hand, Gulf wanted to be an Impressionist. He wanted to paint not a reflection of real life, but an 'impression' of what the person, light, atmosphere, object or landscape looked like to them. It was a huge concept for such a young boy but he always wanted to have a world of his own thinking.

As it's said Life never goes smoothly it has its own ups and downs. Last time it was a Teacher who troubled our baby, this time it was naughtiness of Bully head.

Even though Gulf tried not to attract attention he still couldn't hide himself from some sour eyes. One such was a very naughty brat. He was his classmate who would always get punished for his behaviour in class. You must be thinking why Gulf comes in this matter. It's because teachers always compare Bully head with Gulf. Like if he didn't submit his assignment teacher would scold saying learn from Gulf how he does it on time.
If he gets less marks again it was why don't you take notes from Gulf. Comparison would start from the tiniest things. His friends would often tease him to be Gulf's underling.

It reached to overlimit when even his parents started doing so even at home. Competition is good if it is taken in a healthy way. But pressuring kids by forgetting their capabilities brings a huge impact on their young minds.

Day by day it gets ugly. Gulf knew that his classmate was suffering, he wanted everyone around them to stop. But how could he. Afterall what would he say. If he said anything to defend the other it sounded to him to be modest. Hence all Gulf could do was stay away as much as he could. But the damage was already done and Our Baby was the only one who was going to suffer.

The Bully had enough of all the pressure from everyone in his life and had decided to end all the pain by making Gulf cry as he thought Gulf was the root cause for all this. He was seeking for a chance on how to take his revenge and he found it.

During lunch break he heard Techno asking "Gulf how's your Baby? It's been a while I came over to meet him, I miss playing with him. Please let's meet this weekend and have some fun."

Boat also said "Yeah let's do this"But u have to arrange muffins and brownies too." Gulf just smacked No's head and said, "Who was the one who visited just two days back, U or your Fucktangular Spirit.."

Techno holding his head, "Aish ! Stop smacking my non-working brain. But pretty plzzyy babes say yes na!

Gulf knew he can't win against his Clown friends hence agreed to it. As they were busy with their plans someone behind also made his own evil plan. He came to know about Gulf's weakness and was fully going to make sure it would bring pain to Gulf and satisfaction to Him. All he needed was to watch how to execute it.

On Saturday as decided All three friends met at Gulf's house. They were playing video games,had lunch prepared by Thanit, and did some of the school work. In the evening they decided to go to a nearby arcade and have fun. Gulf informed Thanit about his plan. He asked Thanit what time he would be home, and Thanit said by 7 he would reach home. Gulf just locked the gates properly before going and also made sure Baby Gulfie was safe in his place.

As Soon as All three left home The Devil entered the house. He asked Tha about Gulf and also informed him that he was his classmate and wanted his help as they needed to submit an important assignment. Tha thought maybe it's important and asked him to wait for Gulf in his room as he would return in an hour. This was what the Devil actually wanted. He was laughing internally as know it was very easy to take out his evil plan. He went into Gulf's room and saw Baby Gulfie safely playing. He went nearby and picked him up and acted as if he was waiting for Gulf's return.

After an hour passed, the Gulf was still not home. He went down and told Tha that he would visit tomo again same time and meet Gulf. Tha didn't found any suspicious thing and let Him go.

When Gulf was back he went to see Baby Gulfie nowhere to be in his room.He started searching for him everywhere. He even asked if he had taken Baby out of the room but Tha said,"No why would I, I was down at the shop and just came half hour back."

He asked Gulf not to panic maybe bunny was under the table, Let's search together. Even after looking every corner, room, yard Baby Gulfie was nowhere to be found. Gulf's was now in tears. He lost his baby, he was scared what if something bad happened to it. He asked Tha if anyone had come when he was not there, Tha remembered that one of his classmate had come for his help to finish some assignment.
Gulf was now very very scared as they had no such assignment and which classmate was this. He was in very bad state. Where was his baby and why did someone took him.?????What happened to Baby Gulfie.

Whole night, Gulf couldn't stop crying. Tha called his friends to accompany him while he went out in search. Tha asked everyone if they had seen any bunny but it was of no use. By the morning there was no trace of the Bunny.

Meanwhile the Devil was having a huge evil laugh. Afterall he was able to bring pain in His biggest Rival's life. He was enjoying to the fullest. Two days had passed away without Baby Gulfie.
To say Gulf was in mess is wrong word. His whole world had suddenly become empty. It wasn't just Pet Bunny was like His own baby. Pets are not just domestic animals, but they are more like a family member. Pets do wonders for your body,soul and mind.

It was on the fourth day when Devil showed up in front of Gulf and confessed his doings. Gulf felt as if he was stolen from his soul. The boy said He sold his Bunny to a stranger passing by the lane and has no idea who that person was or where he lived.

Gulf's anger had no limits he started punching him black and blue with tears rolling from his eyes non stop. "Why Just Why did you do it?" He kept on asking. All he got was "Because I Hate You".

Tha was called for and when he heard what had happened he slapped the boy in such hard way that his tooth almost came out and his lips were bleeding.

Somehow he managed to calm Gulf down and told him they would keep on searching for the Bunny till they could, but Gulf knew in his heart it was searching for needle in the haystack.
