Chapter 18

Fake promises are heartbreaking. It's sad when someone, a friend or a loved one does not keep their word and fails to keep their commitment. You feel cheated, betrayed, in a relationship when people change and break their promises.

Flashback Few years back:::::::

One Weekend Gulf was just lazing around in the living room watching TV while sitting next to Tha, where Tha was doing some work on his laptop.
All of Sudden Gulf asked him, "Let's go out Mom, I want to buy, no I want to get something". Tha who was busy doing his work looked at him and said, "What you want baby, let's order it online.

Gulf,"How do we get a Groom online? I want to get a Groom for you?

Tha for a moment stopped, scrunching his brows,"Did I hear Right. Or am I getting Old to hear things clearly".

Gulf saw Tha thinking hard and said,"Mom did you hear me? I said I want to get a groom for you?

Now Tha was very clear that He heard Gulf asking for a Groom so He calmed his racing heartbeat and very politely asked, "Baby! Munchkin, Where did this creepy, spooky idea come into your head? Who told you all about this????

Gulf as if he didn't gave much of thought for his horrific idea and said,"I was just watching my favourite drama and in that the bride had wore a beautiful white dress and it was a wedding scene where the father leads the daughter to the altar so since we don't have father, I thought of making you the bride and me as a father and I will lead you to the altar and handover you to the Groom. You will look so beautiful as a Bride, I can't just wait to see you in the White Wedding dress, But You're a man right so I changed it to white Tuxedo instead of a gown.

Tha almost had a Heart attack.He can't believe what he heard, but he need to stop Gulf by any how or else He will go to any extent.
After breathing in and out for few minutes he said,"Baby, listen to me ok you know you have the Best brain anyone can ever have how about we use it to plan my wedding, I promise you I will go according to your plans from catering to decorations, to Venue everything will be of your choice, Can we just skip this bride and groom thing and also the white dress thing please Baby".

After Contemplating for a few moments Gulf said,"Do You Promise You Shall allow me to do your whole wedding planning and won't say no to any of my choices???

Tha,"Yes, Sweets I Promise"

Gulf,"Ok! Don't You Forget Your Promise"

Tha raised his three fingers like Boy's Scout and Said,"I Promise I won't Forget".

Present::::

Gulf just can't control himself. He felt so broken down. Never had Tha done such a thing before. It was not a simple thing or a simple promise. Weddings are never the ones. They are dreams for many. It was also Gulf's dream to see Tha's wedding as per his choice. He had planned so many things. He wanted it to be the Best Wedding ever held For His Mom.

But after Yesterday's Call, it got scattered into millions of pieces. It's not that Tha getting married made Him Sad, it was forgetting about him which Hurted him very Badly.

He cried for the first time because of Tha.

Somewhere in States::::::

By Morning Tae Tha woke up with a huge Hangover. Somehow they both managed to go to the dining table where Mew welcomed them With huge bouquet and Cake. At first Both were Confused.

Tae felt as if They had done something very Bad. He had very bad vibes since Night and today seeing Mew, It confirmed his doubts.

Tae,"Care to explain what's going on?"

Mew quizzically looking at both of them said,"What? Don't tell me you Guys forgot that yesterday night you both got married officially. Your marriage certificate is getting ready. By 12 you shall receive them".

Both TaeTha were Frozen. Their Souls flew out of their bodies hearing this.

Mew,"Tha you even told this to your Brother. Though you informed him after the ceremony"

Now Tae Tha felt as if someone just pushed them from Burj Khalifa's Top floor without harnesses that too.

Tae now knew What negative feeling He was having. He just couldn't find it in him to stop from panicking. His Dad ,Gulf,Max Tul how on Earth will he Face them.

Tha was now on the verge of crying.He remembered his promise he made to Gulf.

Before Tae could say anything, Tha grabbed his hand and said,"I have to go back right now. I have to return to the Gulf immediately. I can't be here. He will be in a very bad state. Tae we can't let him be alone. He will think bad about me."

Tae calmed him down saying, it's Ok will make them understand and not to stress so much.

Tha just threw his hand away and told him about his promise to Gulf about the Wedding.

Now Tae was really Frightened. He was never so scared in his Life. He could easily make up with His dad and Max Tul. But how will he convince Gulf.????

After a few hours Both rushed to their house as soon as they landed. They found it empty. There was no sign of Gulf. His Closet was also empty. It was clear that Gulf had left the house. Both knew if Gulf is not here then He would be at Their old House. Both rushed in to see Gulf coming out of Condo with Puffy eyes.

It was easy to notice that Gulf had been crying for too long.
As they reached near him, Tha who was now feeling very guilty, immediately took him in his arms and with teary eyes said,"Please Forgive Me Baby, Please Forgive Mom Please please. I am Sorry."

On the other hand, Tae with Teary eyes said,"Hey Cub! Please look at me. Please I know what we did was wrong. But it was just a mistake done in trance. Please Sorry na."

After collecting Himself,Gulf,"Hey! Mom, stop crying. It's Okay. I am not angry. Big Brother seriously I am not angry at all. I felt sad yesterday but it's okay. I can understand. Mom, I know you won't break your promise intentionally. Big brother I trust you too. So stop crying and let's forget whatever has happened, as it's already been done. No use crying over spilt Milk. We should celebrate. At Least we can do that together."

TaeTha felt getting their heartbeats back hearing this.
Tae took Gulf in his arms and said "Thanks Love. If you want to celebrate we shall do it. Whichever place you want to go. Just tell me I shall Book it right away. But Cub before that. Why are you here? Why not in the Penthouse?"

Gulf took a breath and said,"Mom, Big Brother I am not Angry and I also forgive you both but I can't stay with you anymore. Please Don't make me to do so As I have made up my mind. I won't stay with you. I don't hate you or going away. It's just that from now on I want to stay alone.

Both TaeTha felt their Hearts stop beating again.........
