After alot of accidents with engines the fat controller decides to close the railway for a few weeks but more things happen and sodor is severed by a huge conflict
It was March 23rd 1975 and I was at knapford with James he was about to set off when we heard a loud explosion, it sounded like it came from the docks. James raced backwards and saw that one of the large fule container ships had exploded causing two others to explode as we looked we could see 3 horribly bunt engines The first was a 08 diesel who had alot of damage

The next was also dead it was a 9F who's whole back was missing. the final one was percy he was alive when was burned with a eye missing and a distroyed funnel, but he was still the loveable engine we loved.
James was mortified seeing this horror he race to get the breakdown cranes from the yard. He raced back and loaded percy up. he had to get him all the way to works so he raced down the line at speeds he's never gone before. He passed engines who didn't have trains he shouted, "get to knapford hurry!" of corse they listened. he soon got to the works but he was horrorfide to find that when works was on fire and he heard screaming inside he uncoupled from percy and raced in he saw two engines salty and douglas! He was on Douglas's line so he raced through and rocketed out the other end But the fire reached salty and he Exploded! The engines watched in horror.
Nobody knew what had happened but sir topham hatt knew this was sabotage so the railway was on high alert.
