You had woken up from a couple of texts from your dad, saying to reply to his texts as soon as possible, and that was over three hours ago, why was man up at 5:30, awful behaviour.
You just texted back with a simple what?, waiting not even a couple seconds until you got a reply, come down to the training centre as soon as you could. Slightly annoyed you couldn't get a longer lie in, but you ended up pulling yourself out of bed, knowing if you didn't get up, you would stay in bed till past 10.
You were quite curious on what he needed you for, like why could he not tell you over text? You have never actually been to the training ground, so first you would definitely have to find where that was at.
So when you texted him asking where it was, you were once's again surprised at his quick response, you did question why his replies where ridiculously fast, maybe it was something quite important, but even them, could he had not came over to yours later on.
You got a uber to the training centre, you had a plan to buy a car, you just had no one to go with, you were clueless about cars, and would rather get your dad, to come and help you.
You got straight in, but you were completely lost, you had never been here before, only to the actual stadium.
"Do you need any help?" a american accent asked you, you only knew due to the fact living in California for so long. "Yes i'm trying to find the manager Frank?" you replied "does he know your here?" he asked "yes i'm his daughter Olivia, also dating Mason" your reaction wasn't what you expected, he started laughing in your face.
"please i've heard that before" he said while also laughing "no i'm being for real, look search up Mason instagram username and you will see me in the most recent photo, and even my tagged instagram account" you said fed up of the guy in front of you, and soon enough he was on Mason instagram, and saw your feed on instagram.
"you see that's me" you pointed at his phone screen. "I'm very sorry about that, weird question are you American, you sounded America?" he asked "I'm not actually, but I lived in California for like 5 years, I think I pick up a accent" you said "is there any chance you could help me find my dads office?" you added "yes sure" he said, grabbing your arm to pull you in the right direction.
"here you go" he said pointing to the door, which had the words Frank Lampard, Chelsea manger. "thank you!" you said, before knocking into the door, and walking in, you sat your dad sitting at his desk, with Mason sitting on one of the seats.
"Oh I'm sorry your busy" you said turning around and making your way out, but before you could your dad stopped you "no don't go out, this is what I needed you here for, Mason is here for moral support" your dad said 'moral support' what did he mean by that "sit down"
"so what I'm about to tell you is something really serious, so let me explain it all before you interrupt got it?" you dad spoke, with a simple 'yes' he began speaking again "your mum has gotten in contact with me, I have no idea how, but she started spamming with me, with questions of how you were getting on in life, if we were still living in London, if you had moved out, how our new family was, but the big question was her wondering if you would meet up with her, now of course you I said it was totally down to you, and that if you didn't want to meet up with her, she would have to accept that, and leave you alone, now if you chose to meet her, Mason and I can both agree you don't need to accept her apology, if you wanted to know her story, and have her in your life we would understand, it's down to you, no one else" he explained, all this new information was hard to take.
Your mum wanted to see you, why? why now? how did she even get in contact with your dad? what did your step mum have to say about this? does she even know? would she feel hurt? The main question was did you actually want to meet up with her?
"does Christine know?" was your first question, you don't know why is was, but it just came out "she does, I told her once I got the text, she was the one who told me to reply to the message" he explained "how does she feel?" you asked "she understands, she is your mum after all" he said "can you let her know that i really appreciate all she's done for me, stepping up as a parent to a 20 year old" you said before speaking again "I'm gonna go I want sometime to think about mu choice" "babe remember its you choice, no one else, and we aren't going to judge you if you turned her down" Mason spoke up saying "thank you, I'll text you guys later, just so you know I'm safe" you said before saying your goodbyes, before heading out, and heading home.
You knew you had a lot to think about in the next couple hours, even days, you turned on your phone and going straight onto the camera roll, before scrolling down to find your album named 'family' with a simple black heart, you saw photo of you and your dad, from years and years ago, to some of you and Mason, some with Mason family, you were still so undecided on your choice, you decided to sleep on it, seeing if that would help at all, you send your dad and Mason a heads up, you were still undecided and you were gonna sleep on it, but would let them know your choice as soon as you had one.
