I recognized my parents right away, but they didn't recognize me. They just kept walking past me, laughing and talking with each other. I finally got up, shouting after them. "Mom, dad!" I started walking towards them. They turned around, looking at me confused. "I..." A lump in my throat suddenly formed. I couldn't get the words to come out. Meanwhile, they just stared at me. I felt stupid. "Never mind, I'm sorry" I rubbed my neck, deciding not to say anything. My father spoke up "She seems familiar..." My mother shrugged it off with a, "Whatever" and walked off without him. He leaned closer. "I know why you ran away....I'm planning on divorcing your mother and maybe we can get closer than we were before...I'm sorry y/n" He hugged me, running after my mother afterwards.
I stood there shocked..then it hit me. My house is still burnt down. I looked through the remains, finding my ID and my wallet, then a couple of pictures that weren't that burnt, all in my dresser. "One strong dresser I have.." I sighed. Everything else was pretty much ruin. I walked around town, thinking and drawing out plans, not paying attention my surrounds and looking at feet, until I ran into Hawks. I slightly bowed, apologizing profusely, not knowing who I bumped into. "Oh hi y/n, I was just looking for you, the nurses said you ran away" I straighten up and had a blank face "So you came to look for me?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. "Yeah, besides I have to tell you something" He said, smiling a little. "Alright" I crossed my arms. "You're..."
