~ pheonix ~

octavia.

beautiful name for such a beautiful girl.

she smelt amazing, like warm vanilla and chai.

okay you're being weird stop.

running into her last night was no accident, of course i wouldn't let the opportunity pass to come face to face with this girl.

when she bumped into me i got so distracted by her beauty i didn't realise i was acting like such an idiot standing there staring right at her.

fuck.

"-i'll see you around."

when did she start talking? shit.

as she walked around me to leave, my eyes follow her beautiful hair, so blonde, like an angel.

she tenses.

shit, she knows i'm looking at her.

so i bolt behind the bin on the side of the road, it's smells like something died in it.

peeking my head out the side i see she's walking away, thank god...and of course she's headed where i am.

the grocery store.

if she sees me in there she'll think i'm a total creep, so i take the easy way.

i imagine the store, the aisle, number 9, the pasta aisle, i could do with some past- focus.

i can no longer hear the rain, i open my eyes and shit she's here already, in the same aisle, and i'm staring at her again.

running around the end of the aisle i see she's looking around.

she knew i was there, motherfucker on a ballsack.

she walks away, down the chocolate aisle, i could do with some.

dark chocolate, did she just grab dark chocolate?  that's a hate crime.

i'm behind her, what the fuck, i'm such a creep, but her hair is so pretty.

then she collided with my chest.

"-fuck!"

fuck me.

wait no.

stop.

your just horny.

"-have a tissue?", she looks at me with wide eyes, surprised it's me. again. and of course i wasn't listening. i see she dropped her chocolate...completely forgetting she's got a blood nose i reach down at pick it up. i am a douche.

"i'm sorry about your, uh, nose", i hand her the chocolate, "my names pheonix", smooth man smooth.

"it's alright, i'm octavia", she glances at their phone obviously realising the darkening of the sky, "i have got to go, see you round!"

she walks of again, it's so dark, is she walking home?

i leave as i see her pay for her items, waiting behind the side of the store i just phased to.

of course it's raining.

she steps out, a bag of rice and chocolate in her hand, plugging in her earphones she heads towards the bus stop.

i follow.

like a creep, stop, i'm making sure she's safe.

the sounds of the rain drowns out my footsteps, not like she could hear me over that atrocious music.
