Goodbyes

With Dusty's help, you made it to whatever the anomalies and anons were after. That happened to be your daddy and uncle. "DADDY!" You beamed at your startled father as you lashed at another anomaly. "[Y-Y/N]..?" You nodded and ducked as Dusty blasted an anon. "focus kid, we're not out of the woods yet." Dust pointed to a black space, that looked like home. "i believe that's our destination. seal that up, you can give your dad all the hugs in the world."
"Aye aye!" You summoned a shadow blaster and fired it, creating a path. "Horror! Kills! Can you protect daddy for me?"
"why not."
"on it!"
"I'LL JOIN TOO!"
"Thanks Blueberry! Glitches! Inky! Protect Dream and Nighty since they don't have blasters?" (That I know of anyway.) They glowered at each other, but nodded nonetheless. "fine.."
"if i-i-i mu-st."
"Ok! Let's go Dusty, Phan!"

It was slow going, seeing as anomalies were pouring in from there. Dust had your back and you had his. "i thought error lived here?"
"Does he? Well he probably helps with the anons on occasion then. How often does he come here anymore?"
"NOT.. VERY OFTEN, WE MUST ADMIT." You summoned more attacks to break through the line. "So.. how do we seal this thing?" Dusty blasted more anons and anomalies. "you don't know how?" You shrugged and whipped more away. "Nobody taught me."
"fuuuuu-
"That's a bad word!"
"fun. i was saying fun."
"Liar."
"your the goddess of darkness. once we get into the void, i'm sure it'll be like an instinct or something.." He trailed off as you both fired blasters simultaneously.

"this.. is where you live?" You'd both finally made it through the hole and into the Void. You'd summoned a shield around the both of you for a break before you seal it up. "Yep! Neat huh?"
"that.. is not how i'd describe this place. it seems rather dark and lonely actually." (Like your soul?) "Not always. I had daddy and the Gaster's to keep me company."
"i'm simply going to say that a lot of things make sense now."
"Like?"
"a lot of things you didn't know that you should have." You shrugged. "Did you expect more? I live in endless darkness."
"this is my first time in the void. that was my first time in the anti- void. i didn't know what to expect."
"Oh. Well.. we should probably finish this.. huh?" You felt like.. this would be the last time in a long time that you saw Dusty. He knew it too. "yeah.. their waiting on us.."

You kinda made your barrier explode out like when first got to your Uncle's Anti-Void. The rush of magic shoved the anomalies back, and even 'killed' some and you went for the hole while Dusty held them back. You summoned your whips to your side and tried to figure it out. You wondered. Was patching a hole in the Void like patching a hole in clothing? Then all you really needed was thread.. you looked at the whips. Magic thread. You lashed at the top of the hole and willed it to stick, like a knot. When it did, you threaded the end you held through the bottom. You kept going, now that you knew what you were doing. When the anomalies realized what you were doing, they got even more aggressive and you had to stop for a bit to help Dusty. "don't stop now! keep going, we've got this!"
"I don't want you hurt big brother!" He grinned. "and i don't want you hurt, little sister. it'll be ok. they'll most likely calm once the hole is sealed. if not, you can portal us out of here." You nodded slowly. "O-ok.. be careful."
"i'm never careful, but sure."

With one last firm tug, you closed the hole and were plunged into the eternal darkness that you were used to. Many of the anomalies dispersed after that, giving up on their slaughter. A few stayed only to be destroyed by you or Dusty. "Huh. It was just like sewing your jacket."
"see. told you you could do it." You grinned. "I guess you did."
"shall we check on the others?"  You nodded and opened a portal to the anti. Dusty took your hand and you walked through together. It seemed that the anons had dispersed as well for the most part. All in all everyone seemed ok. "We're back!" The Star Sanses looked startled at Dusty's kindness towards you while Nighty shook his head. "you big softy."
"shut up!"
"Did you see me daddy! I sealed the hole all up and everything's ok now!" Dusty let go so you could run to your daddy. He gladly scooped you up. "i did see baby. that was amazing! when did you get so strong?"
"Big brother Dusty! He helped me get strong and believed in me and he's the bestest big brother ever!" Dust was looking away blushing. "i'm really not.."
"Yes you are!"
"not."
"Are!"
"..."
"I win!" You hopped out of your daddy's arms and hugged your uncle. "Hi uncle Light!"
"hey kid. careful. uncle's a little hurt right now."
"You gonna be ok?" He nodded. "always."

".... we have to?" Your daddy nodded. "daddy is done with business now, which means it's time to go home." You looked to the guys. "Can they come with?"
"no.. we cannot. we have our own jobs to get back to. it was fun though, [Y/N], heir to Dark." Nightmare bowed and you jumped for a hug instead. He went ridged, then pet your hair. "w-e wi-llll m-mi-is-s ha-a-avi-ing you a-arou-ound, [Y-Y/N]."
"I'll miss you too, Glitches.." You wanted to give him a hug, but his phobia.. "i'll miss watching cartoons with you."
"Me too.. thanks for showing me what cartoons are." You high fived Kills. "Thanks for all the yummy food, Horror."
"thanks for all the trouble, kid." You sweat dropped as you shook his hand. "Thanks for hanging out with me, Star Sanses!"
"naturally."
"glad to help."
"I'LL MISS YOU, HUMAN!" You laughed. "You too, Blue."
You turned to Dusty. "..."
"..." You ran up to him and hugged him tightly. "We'll meet again someday.." He nodded. "i'm counting on it, little sister."
"I'll miss you, so much!"
"... me too."  You pulled away reluctantly. "Tell Phan I said goodbye.. I know he's mad right now.."
"i will."
"Goodbye.. big brother." You gave him another hug. "goodbye little sister.. i'll be seeing you again."
