When the timeline has restored to the book's original flow, Moriyama was able to wake up before Inori. Inori was sleeping by his side and he can see traces of tears from her. Was she crying because she's unable to see herself in a happy ending with him? Did she cry herself to sleep? Moriyama leaned down and placed a kiss on her cheek, whispering to her very gently...

"It's going to be okay, I'll save you..."

Moriyama got changed and soon left her alone within the apartment. He left her a note before he left her all alone.

Moriyama came to the conclusion that maybe Yasuda's innocent love for Inori has twisted into obsession at some point in his life. It's because Inori's attention never turned to him that he decided to resort to killing her and then trying to change her fate with the Book of Fate. No matter how hard he tried to make events to change the red writing of Moriyama's and Inori's fateful encounter, he just couldn't break them apart like Romeo and Juliet...

Moriyama found it a little scary how love can become something so evil afterwards...

There's no way he can give Inori up...

There's no way he will allow Yasuda to kill her over and over again...

He needed to make sure he's able to protect Inori and everyone at the same time...

Moriyama took out the blue crystals and put them into a small pouch, leaving only one inside the pen. He needed to do this to prevent time resetting and sending him back to the bedroom. He can't let Inori know what he's going to do later...

"You're here..." Inori's Father was the first to greet Moriyama when he made it to the family shrine. "My daughter's complete trust is in you, now. I don't care what you plan to do anymore, if you can save her, please do so..."

"I know." Moriyama revealed the Book of Fate and showed it to her Father. As expected, her Father knew what the book was straight away and he told Moriyama that this book was stolen from their shrine 10 years ago, a few days after his daughter's death.

Moriyama explained to her Father that Yasuda took this book from the shrine in order to get rid of the red fated writings within the book.

"Seriously, you shouldn't have placed this book out on display for the public to see..." Moriyama said to him, "You should hide it elsewhere."

"I know that now. It's just we didn't think anyone would ever thief from us... Looks like people aren't all good after all..."

"If I leave you a note, and send it to the past, would you take it seriously?"

"No, I doubt I would take your words... I'll write the note to the past me, I am more likely to listen to myself." At that moment, Moriyama realized that his potential Father in law can be a bit of a pain in the ass. "Here, take this note and follow me."

Moriyama looked at her Father and then looked at the note to give it a read.

'He really loves his daughter... All this time I thought he was a dick for keeping the Timeless her locked up... He wanted her to live as much as I do...' Moriyama can feel the anguish within the note. This note may be able to push someone to do something...

Inori's Father led Moriyama to the shrine's praying room. Within the room, there's an altar where the Book of Fate supposed to be.

"Use the Time Pen and place the note here on 10 years ago, the day before your Winter Cup...13:00pm." Moriyama was amazed by the time's accuracy he was being provided, "Inori always told me about it. It was around that time that she sent me an email while I was cleaning here."
