The Car Accident

Chapter Two

My phone rang and I quickly grabbed it so I wouldn't wake Jess up.
"Hello " I whispered into the phone.
" Hey who is this? " They asked and I stepped outside so I wouldn't wake up Jess.

" its Maya " I said hesitantly into the phone. I heard a scoff,
" listen bitch Liam is mine so stay away" the person threatened and the call suddenly dropped .

I stepped back inside shrugging I was too tired for this bull shit.

I climbed into bed with my sister and turned on to my side curling up like I always do and waited for Jess to come closer.

She turned over over and slid her arm around my waist and I snuggled her close to me falling asleep . In the morning I woke up later than I usually did and I quietly got out of bed careful not to wake her up.

I made some coffee for myself and sat in the chair again soaking in my beautiful sister's face. That was until I heard  loud voices and cars honking  from outside .I looked at Jessica hoping she wouldn't wake up because of all this stupid commotion .

Someone  knocked on the door loudly rattling the knob as if trying to break inside.

I opened the door angrily , who the fuck knocks on someone's door this early ? I thought to myself as I opened the door.

" Liam ? "I said surprised staring at him . He nervously shifted from foot to foot angrily scratching his head, it was clear that he was obviously not in his right mind as he yelled "who's the guy you got in there huh? " trying to look over my shoulder .
Yeah this was definitely not the nice guy that I met at school .

"You need to leave " I told him . I don't know what's going on with him but who the hell does he think he is ? I thought when he crossed his arms refusing to leave.

"now ! " I ordered getting angry . what's wrong with people today ?
"why ?" he yelled narrowing his eyes at me .
"is your boyfriend going to wake up!"

I slapped him across the face in a rush of anger and shock . How dare he talk to me like that ! I thought stepping into his face.

"My sister is in there sleeping you douche bag now leave!" .
I hissed at him trying to keep the volume down as much as I could . I stood there huffing watching as his mouth dropped open and his eyes soften.

I rushed back into the room and slammed the door shut behind me instantly regretting it . I stopped moving hoping that jess wouldn't wake up but she did like always .

"Maya what's happening? " She asked rubbing sleep out of her eyes as she sat up . I shook my head reassuring her with a forced smile.

"Nothing Jess do you want some breakfast ? I'll go down to the lobby and get some " I offered changing the subject .

she nodded yawning tiredly  "you go get dressed while I'm gone okay ?" I told her throwing my hair into a messy bun . she nodded again stumbling to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

I slipped on a pair of flip flops and walked outside, closing the door behind me.  I surveyed my surroundings, a huge party was going on in all the hotel rooms except for ours, loud music blasted from a radio sitting in the back of a expensive looking SUV sitting in the parking lot.

Outside girls were in bikinis dancing , seducing the guys with their charming eyes as they batted their eyelashes at them .

The guys were falling fit it drooling over the girls and guzzling beer from the giant can that sat next to the car and some were roughly shoving each other drunkly near the motels pool.

I continued to look around until i spotted Liam who looked suddenly sobered up which I give credit to the slap I gave him.

I started to speed walk to the lobby trying to avoid him when I heard Liam calling my name from behind me .
" Maya !" he yelled,
I walked even faster to avoid talking to that jerk but he ran to catch up with me and grabbed my arm swinging me around .
