This book is a mix between the books, the movies and my pure imagination. Excuse my bad grammar and spelling and i hope you enjoy the book.  :)

As if it wasn't enough that I've been abused, abanded, betrayed, let down and misguided over and over again I feared it was about to happen one more time. I knew I was alone in this cruel world once more but that didn't bother me to much. I knew I had no one. No one but myself and, surprisingly, I was more that ok with that.

I was half aware of my surroundings but I didn't care to much about what was happening because I'd given up. There was an ear piercing siren going off that rang in my ears. I knew this meant brace myself or danger or even run away to safety but if anything it calmed me. That fact was the most concerning thing so far. I wasn't worried about what might happen or what was going on but I did know i was uncomfortable laying on this cold floor.

I slowly got up despite the rush of wind gushing past me pulling me down. Where was the wind coming from? It was definitely the least of my worries but I guess I was just a curious person. I was now resting on my side supported by my elbow whilst my other hand wiped away a single tear that had sighlently creeped down my face.

I looked around taking in my surroundings, not that you could see anything besides infinite darkness. It was a big box from what I could see and I had no intention of getting out. From what I can see there's lots of crates and boxes full of random but useful things so I guess I could survive in here for a while.

I thought about getting up but settled with sitting down against the wall of the mysterious box with my knees pulled to my chest. I have came to a state of relaxation despite what's going on. Maybe I'm a calm person or maybe I'm just weird. I don't remember the type of person I am or who I am for that matter. I pushed the thought away as all I was doing was confusing myself.

Before I could do or think of anything else I heard a loud noise, other than the siren wich was still going off. This sound was more of a squeel and my once relaxed state got topped with fear amongst a million questions. What made that noise? Who else is there? Are they okay? Are they going to harm me? My thoughts where interrupted by another squeal so I decided so get up from my newly found comfort and investigate.

I stood up faster than I should making myself go slightly dizzy and light headed. I held onto the wall for support until I thought i was able to move steadily. Apparently I'm also clumsy but it could also be the fact that the box is moving and these are my first steps ever that I can rember taking.

Curiosity is definitely a deadly thing and these first steps could soon be my last. My heart beat got louder as I got closer to the unsettling noise and It ended up being the only thing I could hear. I tripped over a couple of crates here and there but I was more surprised that I'm still heading towards the niose.

I was only two meters away or what I thought was only two meters away and I saw that it was moving. I edged slightly closer, jumping at a random loud squeal that was made. I could start to slightly make out its figure and came to the conclusion that whatever it is it's not human and this just made me more anxious.

"OINK!"

After hearing this I felt so relieved and so stupid. It was just a pig. I released a breath of air that I didn't even realise that I was holding and sat down by the pig. As strange as it was I'm pretty sure i just made my first friend and this put a smile on my face. A smile. It felt weird at first but i kinda liked it. Strangely, it left my face as soon as it came.

I put my hand out and stroked the pig and went back to being relaxed, confused and a little sad. It startled the pig but it didn't seem to mind after a while. We must have been in the box together, dwelling in self pity, for at least 30 minutes before something new but strange happened.

With a big thud the box had came to a rough stop lifting me and my pig friend slightly of the ground before slamming us harshly back onto it. Great, now my butt hurts. The siren, which I had unconsciously zoned out, had now stopped. Does this mean whatever danger there was is now gone? After thinking this I should of relaxed but i did the opposite, I tensed up. I was on high alert for anything that might happen and made the sensible descion of standing up to brace myself of any danger.

Out of nowhere a straight, horizontal line of bright light shone through the box and grew quite swiftly. I had become comfortable and used to the dark and wasn't sure if all this light was my thing. I raised my arm up to cover my eyes that are now squinting due to the new circumstances. My eyes weren't the only thing being toured as my ears heard from above:

"It's a girl??" said someone questionably but undoubtley unimportant.

"Let me see!" this came from a curious boy who looked around 14 maybe 15.

"I call dibs!" shouted a boy who had dark hair and a big grin. I knew from one look I didn't like him.

"Why have we been sent a worthless girl?" I didn't care who this came from but it made me feel like punching him but also agreeing with him.

"She's not worthless, think of all the fun we can have now! " I was unaware of who said this because they where too far back in the crowd to be seen wich was lucky for them because he was unidentifiable for later on.

I looked up at 30 or more boys absolutely outraged by what I had heard. I could feel the anger rising inside of me with every comment thats made about me. I was about to shout something back but then one of them jumped into the box. I instantly moved backwards out of instinct and almost fell over a box behind me.

This boy had serious eyebrow game going on along with a lot muscle. This striked a feeling of fear and something else but I was unsure of what it was. He slowly walked closer to me and I looked around for an escape. Whilst doing this I noticed three things: one being that my pig friend has run away and I wished I'd flowed, two being that the only escape was up and out of the box and three i was correct about the box being big.

The boy only managed to step a foot in front of me before someone else had jumped in. He was tall and had dark skin but also muscular. Where all the boys this muscular? He gave the first boy instructions on what to do and he obliged so this boy has power.

"My names alby. Don't feel scared, I won't hurt you." after saying this he took a step closer with his hands up as if to surrender but i didnt trust him still. He put his hand out slowly like he wanted me to take it but i just looked at his hand and then started him in the eye. I didn't break contact not wanting to appear weak and soon enough he understood I wasn't going to take his hand.

"GET THE ROPE"

I flinched a little at his random shouting but also a little out fear. What do they need a rope for? What was they going to do to me?

That's it for my first chapter, hope you enjoyed it and leave any comments or feedback and opinions.
