You end your Partizan training at roughly half seven, then you and Jamie head back to get changed and grab some breakfast.

You join Lottie in the food hall, who looks worried as usual.

"Hey Lots." You place down your bowl of strawberry cereal. "I am starving."

Lottie glances at you with a crease in her brow. "We're descendants of the Princess Liliana Mayfut who is also the founder of this school and the letters I've been receiving from Haru are from the Master of the Leviathan who is leaving me clues."

You choke on your cereal, spluttering milk down your purple blazer.

"WHA-"

"-What is going on?" Jamie appears next to you, looking slightly disgusted by the milk down your front.

You hurriedly wipe it away, not bringing your shocked eyes away from Lottie.

"She just choked." Lottie said in a rush.

You drag your hands down your now much paler face, staring at your bowl of cereal instead of your sister.

"Y/n." Jamie's hand is on your shoulder.

You unhide your face and smile. "Yeah?"

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing. What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing."

You laugh awkwardly. "I am so hungry!"

You shovel another spoon of cereal into your mouth, preventing his gorgeous eyes from forcing you to release all of your secrets.

You glance up at Lottie, widening your eyes as an indication of panic and annoyance for her dropping it on you so suddenly.

"Do you know what's up Lottie?" Jamie turns to your sister for answers.

She stares blankly at him, you both share the quality of being bad at lying to Jamie.

"No." Lottie finally says, "She's probably tired, also Haru gets to her a bit."

You swallow. "Yeah. Exhausted."

"I'm sorry then, for making you get up so early."

Now you feel guilty.

"Oh no, don't worry," Lottie continues in a hurry, "y/n has weird waves of tiredness, she'll be energetic in a few minutes."

Jamie looks at you, with doubt and concern in his eyes.

You nod, smiling again to tell him it's okay.

"Seriously," Lottie hasn't stopped, she's waffling now, "y/n is invincible, you do not need to worry Jamie, don't think about it. Yeah! Go her! She's great!"

"Okay..."

You glance down, noticing your cereal bowl is empty.

"I barely remember eating all of that." You mumble under your breath.

"What?" Jamie asks.

You stand up. "It doesn't matter. I need pancakes. And...a litre of coffee."

You walk back to the breakfast bar, stocking up a plate of fluffy pancakes, drowning them in syrup, and grabbing a drink bottle of iced coffee.
