The dog stopped infront of the border of Croatia and Romania. My body shivered under the snow I had been piled with as we ran. Carefully, I slid from the he beast's back and to the snow. The wolf turned its large face. Its muzzle opened in what looked like a smile its black nose panting as heat began to fog around it. Its golden eyes looked at me expectantly. "Are you alright?" Its voice echoed through my head.
I groaned at the gruff voices as it led in the flurry of the other four wolves. I could hear their excited yelps it was more than annoying. Whew Eric would be proud! Hell yeah! they shouted. One mind remained silent. "Now where should we take you princess?" The wolf phased in front of me. "Oh my." I turn as I covered my eyes. I did not want the naked body of a wolf etched into my mind. Though it was already there, I was visualizing the buff body in front of me. The glistening sweat to radiate from him in the freezing cold. His onyx hair dreaded and hung to his back.
His chocolate skinned arms adorned with tribal tattoos. His long thin nose and full lips. God! this was terrible. "We can still read your mind princess" the wolfs voice now low in my ear. I shook not with terror but with anger i did not want to see this. Yet i could hear the cracking of bones as they all began to phase into human form. "Well at least you think its nice" he whispered. I pushed his hot body away from mine.
I was completely flustered the only man i had seen was my husband. Lance would never behave this way infront of me. "Okay open your eyes purity, we are fully clothed" trusting the unknown voice i opened my eyes taking in the four wolves infront of me. Three of them were males one female. Great odds. The wolves were clearly different nationalities. The wolf that spoke to me had the slight southern accent.
I had heard it once before it was American I was sure. The second man was larger than the American wolf. He towered over him easily by four inches he was deeply taned his hair was cropped in the back though his hair hung in his sky blue eyes. He stared at me through semi squinting eyes, he was part Asian and part something i could not figure out. The third man was the shortest of all the males. He had olive colored skin and dark brown eyes, he was English? I could feel the heavy stare of the woman.
She disliked me that much was clear. Did i do something to offend her. Was the American her mate? Her skin was as dark as mine her hair reaching her shoulders long and straight with blond highlights. The woman looked to be in her early twenties but her eyes held the wisdom of an elder. Her dark grey eyes scanned mine taking in my every detail as i did her semi muscular frame. The Asian cleared his throat "Well um, introductions seem to be in order." Carefully i looked at the man whom spoke tearing my eyes from the woman. "I am Kyo Onizuka this " he patted the chest of the American.
"Gabriel Smith" The man named Gabrielle tilted his head upward before slightly going back down. I stared at him confused. Was there something wrong with his neck? He looked at me then smirked. "Its a greeting" "Then why not shake my hand? or whatever it is that Americans do. Everything besides being kissed is alright" I whispered. The wolves seemed to have found my question amusing. "Have i said something funny?" "Um no your just ..." " Please finish your sentences it is impolite to trail off." They looked at me questioningly. "Can you speak English?" The American asked. "Isn't it polite to speak in my own tongue" "Listen bitch your not queen anymore we helped you escape" The woman's voice spoke.
I growled immediately standing infront of her. She took a few steps back. "I refuse to be talked down to by some ill manered wolf" I growled. She strutted forward standing over my height. I looked up at her not caring how wrong it was to be looked down at by her. "What are you going to do about it Bitch?" I started to lunge at her when i felt a hand touch my wrist. I growled slowly looking at the arm who grabbed me. I looked at the calm face of Eric. I gasped taking a wobbly step backward.
