The evening eventually bled through the afternoon. Guests came and guests went. Aeoie and Xenilla had left around noon. Aeoie explaining that they’d might be back before my break. “I want you to show us around the city.” She said. “We don’t know too much about this place. Maybe you could show us the fun areas.”

Around five, they both came through the door. But, both of them wearing different clothes than before. “Hey!” I yelled as Jake walked by. “I’m going to take my break now, I’ll be back in about an hour though.”

Jake opened his mouth to retort. An hour break was a bit long, and unusual coming from me. But, when he saw the twins, he didn’t say anything. Instead, he put up his thumb.

                “Alright, lets go.”

I was almost out the door when I remembered something. “My keys… Can’t forget that.” I put up my index finger, and jogged to the back. Keys, keys, keys…. Where are my keys?!

I heard jingling above me, and I looked up to find James. “Dude, my keys. What are you doing with them?”
“I was going to ask you that. But not about the keys, but about the hottie twins.” He said looking out the office window.

“I-I’ll tell you about it later. I’ll even give you the details.”

James wasn’t so keen on the idea of ‘later’, but the moment I told him I’d give him details, his eyes lit up like a candle.

He tossed me the keys, and I darted out the door. “Sorry for the wait.” I started “Couldn’t find them.” I said as I jingled the keys.

Xenilla didn’t acknowledge me, buy Aeoie looked back and nodded with a smile. “It’s fine.”

I opened the door for them, allowing them both to go out before me. I looked back and met the eyes of James. I sent him an ‘I’ll explain later’ look and went out. “So, you want to go somewhere close in the area, nearby or…?” I asked, looking at the twins for some sort of idea.

But instead of a list of possible places, they just looked at each other and shrugged.

“Nowhere in mind?” I asked, hoping it would strike an idea in one of them.

“Well, people around the city said The Blast was a city treasure. But, no one really said anything about anywhere else.” Aeoie said putting a finger on her chin.

“Well, they said the graveyards had a good view.” Xenilla added.

The graveyard. I haven’t been there all day, and should pay my respects to K’Nyla. Another thought came to mind almost as fast as the first, the girl I saw the night of the funeral. I hadn’t thought about it all this time.

There was a sharp pain in my arm. “Ow!” I yelped as I grabbed it.

“You were staring! What were you expecting?” Xenilla said in a stance that looked ready to strike again.

Her punch knocked me back into reality. “Well,” I started beaconing the girls down the street. “Lets go to the graveyard.”

They followed me down the street, looking at all the different buildings, with the different themes. Aeoie stopped and looked at a black and purple plaid sculled dress that was on display in a clothing shop. Xenilla noticed it first, and ran back to her. “C’mon, Aeo!” She said as she grabbed her sister’s arm.

“Butt, look at it!” She cried.

“I saw it, but we will see it later, maybe Dad will let you have it. Right now, we have to keep up with David.”

                “Leo.” I added.

“Leo?” She asked. “Is that your Zodiac sign?”

“No, I’m saying my name is Leo. People who are in my family or aren’t that close to me call me David.” I looked back to her. “We are friends, aren’t we?”

She looked at me with a strange expression, but instead of saying anything, she smiled and nodded.

It worried me to see her smile. Scared me inside. Aeoie on the other hand, remained quiet, looking back, trying to get a view of the shop again.

We eventually turned the corner and found my ar. The sun had made the metal hot and Aeoie yelped when she touched it.  Quickly turned back to her. “Are you alright?” I asked as I took her hand in mine. “Should have warned you. I’m sorry.”

I rubbed the palms of her hands for a moment longer before opening the car door for her. “For you, miss.”

She looked at me for a moment then gracefully lowered herself in.

Xenilla dove into the driver’s seat. Beaconing me to put the key in the ignition, she pretended to drive. “C’mon! Let’s get out of here!”

“Sure,” I said as I sat over her.” “But, you need to get up first.”

Xenilla looked up at me, wanting to say everything relevant to ‘No.’ but Aeoie tapped her shoulder and mumbled something. Xenilla slumped her shoulders and sighed. I stepped back allowing her to have space to get out. As I sat down, I put the key into the ignition.
