Sweeter than a Victory "Lando Norris"

LANDO POV
I was getting anxious as I was driving to pick up aria. I didn't know if I should tell her how I feel or not because we barely know each other but she beautiful in my eyes and I don't know if she sees me that way or not. I pulled up to her hotel and she was waiting outside for me. Her long brown hair up in a cute ponytail. She was stunning. I opened the door for her so she could get in my McLaren.

"Hey" she said. "How are you?"

"I'm good, excited about the picnic" I responded. "Are you ready to go?

She nodded her head and we drove. I let her put music on and she was listening to the beat which was super cute. I have fallen for this girl in the matter of a day. I didn't know that was possible but it was happening.

We got to the beach and had a really good time. We both went in the water for a little and we both had a good time. I kept seeing how beautiful she was and I needed to confess. When I was dropping her off I touched her arm and she turned around to look at me.

"Hey can I talk to u quick?" I asked

"Um sure, what's up?"

"I know we only just met but I can't help but being really attracted to you and I really like you Ari. I just had to get it off my chest that I really like you because I know it will just be in my head each time I see you."

She was quiet for a few seconds and I thought I just messed up my chances with her, as I looked down she spoke up.

"Lando, I don't know what to say. I know we have just met but I also really like you. I was scared of what you would say if I told you to soon. But I really like you too."

My heart started beating again and was so relieved.

"Would you go on another date with me?"

"Absolutely! I'd love too." She sweetly said as she smiled.

I looked into her eyes as she did to mine and we both started to lean closer to each other and our lips connected like magnets. We were kissing for a minute until she said that she had to get to her room. I watched her walk off into her hotel and thought to myself, I'm going to marry that girl.

ARIA POV:
We went back to Lando's car and I couldn't believe I just kissed him. I knew he was the one for me and I didn't think he could feel the same way that I did. I was at a loss for words on the car ride home. He put some music on and we started singing to it in the car. Halfway through the car ride my dad texted me,

Dad: Hey Aria, so we have a bug infestation and we can't be at the house right now. I grabbed you some essentials but we can't sleep there for at least a week. I'm going to rent us a hotel just so you know.

I was so confused but then I had the idea of maybe asking Lando if I could stay with him for awhile.

Before I texted my dad back I asked Lando,

"Hey so my house is apparently infested with bugs and we can't go to my house sooo... I was wondering if I could stay at your place instead of the hotel my dad is planning on staying at."

"Yeah of course!" Lando said with a huge smile on his face.

I immediately texted my dad that Lando said I could stay at his place, he was a bit hesitant but then agreed to me staying because he knew Lando was good because Lewis said so.

We went back to Landos place and it was so nice. He had a huge garden with all of his gym equipment and just so much space to do activities. Lando looked over at me.

"So do you want to ever go inside or are you just going to stare at my garden the whole time." He asked.

I got out of my trance and nodded toward him as we walked inside. His house was beautiful. It was much bigger than I had imagined from what Lando had ever told me. I imagined in my head that someday I may get to live here.
