Chapter 8 - A Lesson to Remember

"Alright all of you listen up, because I'm only going to say this once!" Levi shouted gaining the classes attention. He points to a large abandon building behind him. "Today we're doing hero work exercises. Now if I'm being honest, I don't think you half wits are nearly ready for this type of exercise, but Charlotte thinks you are." Levi sips his coffee and stares up at the cloudy morning sky. "Normally these types of exercises would by done one class at a time, but since most of Class one - two, has come down with some type of virus, those that are healthy will be joining us."

"And that's why we're here." A creepy voice chuckled as Jack stood next to Levi.

"Thank you for letting us train with you class one."  William approached and stood next to Levi, and bow to us.

"Don't be so polite to these kids Cater, they haven't earned it yet." Levi complained.

"You don't have to have a stick up your ass all the time either Levi." Jack laughed.

"Keep talking if you another scar to the one you already have."

"What was that, I thought I heard something." Jack looks out over the crowd of students. "Oh Levi I didn't see you there on account of how short you are."

"Oh I'm sorry giraffe neck, should I break your leg so we can look each other in the eyes."

"Bring it shrimp."

"Consider it brought!" Levi uses his powers to create two spectacular swords.

"Levi. Jack. Calm down please." William begged. He quickly turned to us. "Please talk amounst yourselves, we'll be right back." He pushed Jack and Levi into the building.

"Gees Mr. Struass is intense. I feel bad for you guys." A blonde haired girl nugged my shoulder.

"Bridget! I haven't seen you since we got the academy." Bridget and I shared a quick hug. "Yeah Levi might be the most intense guy I know."

"Mr. Kerby isn't much bet..."

"Well hello." Eliott wraps his arm around my shoulder, and waved. "(Y/n), why don't you introduce me to your cute friend here."

Bridget nervously chuckles and I roll my eyes. "Eliott, this is my friend Bridget. Her dad is the one that took me in when my parents died. And Bridget this is my self proclaimed friend Eliott."

"Bridget there you are, I've been looking all over for you." A girl with long green hair, yellow eyes, and a pink flower behind her ear ran up to Bridget. "Huh? Bridget why are you talking to my brother."

"Brother?" Bridget and I say in unison.

"Hey Olivia." Eliott smiled, before he pulled me close to him, and he whispered. "I'm gonna need your help here." He let me go and smiled at his sister.

"Eliott were you perving on Bridget?"

"What! No! Why would you even assume I'd do a thing like that."

"Because you totally were."

"What! No I wasn't. See I even have a witness. This is my good buddy (y/n) and he'd never tell a lie, so go ahead and tell my little sis I wasn't."

"Oh no, he definitely was."

"(Y/n)! What happened to bro code."

"You said I never lie, so I had to tell the truth." Bridget and I both share a laugh.

"I'm telling our brother."

"No don't do that, Olivia I'm begging you, I'll do anything."

"Anything you say? Hmm." She taps her chin. "Hey (y/n), how does my brother doing your homework for a year sound?"
