Honestly I don't like to sleep a lot I love to sleep a lot , I'm an active morning person so sleeping at night early it's important for someone like me .
A morning person like me should get enough sleep at night , lately when I went for break , I used to have unpleasant dreams like nightmares because I was tired I learn how to control my dream and wake up whenever I don't like what I'm dreaming about , I used to woke up scared and pitting hard on my teeth that's not good at all , controlling dreams is something I learned lately and I'm glad .
