Chapter 29

Hello fans, I'm here and just having a bit of writers block here! So I needed to read on here to find some inspiration and I have found it!!

====Chapter 29====
Daisy POV

"Pretty Soon my deary. Just one more thing to do until your power is mine." He said as he was cutting into me. He was making a design on me and I screamed in pain. I literally felt my insides and everything in my body on fire from him chanting and cutting into me. I couldn't scream anymore because my voice became so hoarse and sore. As soon as Thanatos was about to say the last thing, the metal doors opened. I saw my mate with my brother and Frankie. "LET HER GO." My mate yelled at him. Thanatos just laughed and said, "my my my my boy, this beauty right here is your mate. Wow things just got so interesting now. Wow it's a whole family reunion. Well you can watch her die right here." He said those words and then stabbed me in the chest.

I gasped in pain and I heard Jo yelling, "NOOOOOOOOO." I looked at him with my last dying breath. "I love you Jo." I said while a few tears leaked from my eyes. He crumpled on the ground looking so torn. I closed my eyes and breathe in my last breath. I felt myself lifting and going through this dark tunnel. I wondered if this tunnel was going to end and pretty soon I opened up a door and a bright light appeared. I had to shield my eyes with my hand cause the light hurt my eyes. I then saw this white shadowy figure and it spoke to me, "hello my dear, oh how I have been waiting to speak to you alone. Now that you are alone, shall we began?"

Jo POV

I saw Daisy take her last dying breath, I felt so lost and destroyed that my legs gave out from under me. I collapsed on the floor and just looked at her. Tears were leaking from my eyes, I can't believe I didn't save her in time. Daisy you can't leave me, please baby girl not yet. I thought to myself. Why? Everyone I care about just leaves me. I saw Thanatos holding up the dagger he used to stab daisy with. Anger began to boil within me. I finally got up and ran towards him. I tackled him down the ground and he kicked me off of him. I flew towards the wall and hit my head. I fell down onto my stomach and I felt some blood trickling down my forehead. Thanatos then began sucking up Daisy's power from the dagger into his own body. After he absorbed her power and the dagger, he changed into this brutal horrifying Reaper beast. I thought to myself, oh shit just got real. Now how the fuck am I suppose to kick his ass now.

I got up and started charging at him again. He put up hand and without touching me he flung me against the wall again. Geez, I'm getting my ass kicked here. He looked at me and just laughed. "You think you beat me now, I am more stronger and powerful than you. You're a fool, Jo Saquin and you will lose everything." I managed to punch him and it didn't even made a dent. Daisy I can really use your help right now. Ben was about to come towards me to help me. The other rebel demons went up behind them and put silver collars on them with chains to keep them from changing. I heard their screams. "Go forth my legion and take what will be ours." He said aloud. All the demons started cheering and going through the portal he just created. No matter what the cost I have to stop earth from being taken over. I was slowly getting up again until Thanatos pushed me back down again. "Now where do you think your going?" He said to me. He grabbed me by the foot and started swinging me back and forth like a rag doll. I slammed against the stone floor. Ugh that hurt like a SOB. How am I suppose to defeat him?

Ugh, Daisy I wish you were here with me. I need you by my side. I can't do this alone. I thought to myself. Thanatos began laughing again. Damn it, I have to think of something before I get my ass kicked. I have to find his weaknesses if he had any with his new form.

I have to make this quick. I soon saw what I was looking for. He had the dagger in his chest area. If I can just reach inside there and rip the dagger out of his chest, Daisy's Power will be released and he will be vulnerable. I just have to get to it. This is going to be a bitch to get out. Geez, like nothing is ever easy with villains, they always have to make things difficult. Ok time to go get that dagger, so I ran towards him again when he wasn't looking and sure enough I was getting my ass kicked again. Damn it, I almost had it too. I got up from the floor and drew my scythe. Thanatos looked at me with an evil smirk and said, "now we are talking." He drew his two scythes and we both ran toward his each other and began to duel. He swung at me and hit me in the ribs and let me tell you it hurt but I had to shake it off. I swung back at him and manage to hit him in the legs and it hurt him just a bit. He swung his scythes and I swung mine at the same time and I was really trying hard not to fall. I keep on forcing myself to not be knocked backwards. We stayed stuck like this and I knew he was struggling as well.

It was like playing arm wrestle and so far I was losing. I felt my strength residing and I tried to force all my energy on him. Finally he knocked me down and I went to get up again only to be knocked down. He had his scythes pointed towards me and I guess I was done for. I have failed.
