Chapter 23

Zach POV

When I found out that Daisy was gone, I was immediately hysterical because my friend was gone. I went out searching with them and we looked everywhere, but still not a trace of her. I felt bad of what I said to her and I thought if I said those words she would continue to fight to live. I can't lose my best friend. My life wouldn't be complete with her. She is the macaroni to my cheese. (A/N: My sissy and I would use to say this all the time.) Geez, even if I found my mate she will always be my best friend.

Troy said the words that made me flip out, "We should give up right now. We're not going to find her." "NOT GOING TO FIND HER, NOT GOING TO FIND HER. GEEZ IT'S LIKE YOU DON'T EVEN GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HER. YOU NEVER CARE ABOUT ANYONE. ALL YOU DO IS WORRY ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOUR DICK WANTS. PATHETIC EXCUSE OF AN APLHA YOU ARE." With that I walked away from him and continued looking for Daisy along with her brother and his mate.

Daisy I will find you. Don't you worry about that. I love you Daisy, your always like a sister to me, a best friend, and family. We went and asked another neighboring pack. We walked towards his territory and just then a huge black wolf came out and shifted. He put some trunks on. "What are you doing on my pack lands?" The alpha said.

"We don't mean to trespass Alpha Nickels. One of our own is gone and we are out looking for her. She has black hair, green eyes, she is about 5'5" and has a cross necklace on." Alpha Nickels knew what I was saying. "I saw a man carrying her about a day ago. He seemed to deeply care for her. She looked really sick and I'm glad he is there for her to care for her." He said. "Do you know where they are headed at, Sir?" I asked him. He pointed in that direction and replied back, "That way. They were walking that way." "Thank you very much Alpha." I said to him. "No problem." He replied.

We continued walking to the direction he pointed at. I hope I do find you Daisy.

Daisy POV

I woken up with a headache. I slowly got up from the bed and removed some covers from my sickly body. I turned and looked to see if Jo was there but nope he wasn't. Hmm, I thought to myself. I got up from the bed and looked around. I spotted some clothing that was picked out for me, it was a red and black cheetah print dress with black straps and it has bows on the straps. It was very pretty and short. I put the dress on.

I put on Lasonia Women's black bedazzled high heels. I went to the mirror and I saw my reflection. I was really looking like death himself. I saw some makeup on the dresser so I put some black eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. I put some red lipstick.

I curled my hair and soon enough, Jo game into the room. He absolutely looked stunned. "Wow your beautiful Daisy and don't deny it cause you are." He said and that put a smile on my face. "Come ill show you around." He said. He extended his arm and I took it. We both walked out of the room and man that hallway was huge. My body started to ache. He must have noticed that because he had a hurt look on his face.

I slowly smiled and he seemed to smile back. Good that made him happy. I seriously didn't know what this feeling was. Was I really attracted to him that bad? Hmm, I thought to my mind. He lead me to a room and it was beautiful. It was a greenhouse. Wow I started sniffing all sorts of flowers and boy they smelled good. He seemed to enjoy himself. Every time I look in his eyes, you can tell it was the look of pure love.

It made me happy.

He took my hand and opened the door. "Let me show you another room I think you will like." He said as he smiled. "Ok." I said. It made me wonder what else kind of room it is. He led me down the hallway and sure enough the doors were bigger and made of marble. The doors had some amazing designs on them. He opened the door and there was something that shocked the hell out of me.
