III. Lightning Flash? and what Deal?!

"Captain!" Came Team 13's plea as they watched their Team Captain fighting the Mutated Giant.

"Oi! That's dangerous!!" Ami gasped as she watched the pinkette dodged the Overly-large fists.

After dodging, the pinkette disappeared, only to reappear 3 meters above the giant, and was currently raising her right fist, as if intending to punch it. And punch it she did.

Letting gravity do her work, she came down to the giant, her fist punching it, obviously, with the help of chakra. The impact causing a gust of wind, a shattered ground and maybe a short earthquake.

The onlookers, were forced to hide their face due to the force of the wind. After clearing, they looked at the Giant, which was currently down and dead. The small captain on top of it's back and grinning while wiping off imaginary dust from her clothes.

"Captain! You're alright!" Team 13 came to greet their Captain and treat any minor wounds she got.
"Maa maa, I'm fine, really..." She said as if it was the easiest thing to do.
"Fine my ass! You , young lady, fought an overly grown mutant--Giants or whatever it is! Without OUR assistance!" Akane shouted/ gave her the "speech" as an overly protective "mother"/"team mate".

'Even if I'm the Captain though.... ' Sakura thought as she listened to her Member.

Unknowingly, the Swordsmen came to greet them too.

"Yo! Good fighting out there, Kitten" Kisame greeted with a wave.
"Kisame-san!" Sakura greeted back.
"Oi,oi,Don't forget about me you little twerp!" Zabuza butted in.
"Sorry..." The two/ pink and blue haired people said.
"Tsk. Stop being childish."

While that happened, the Konoha shinobi was baffled, more likely the Genins were.

"H-How could SHE? A girl with PINK hair? Beat THAT thing?!" Ami yelled as she pointed out Sakura and the Giant all over again.
"Ami, we've been through this, there's thousands of ninjas out there that are better than any of us." Hatake Kakashi argued, or at least tried to?
"Nu-uh! She beaten something that no-not even Sasuke-kun could! She-She's trying to-to look cool!" Ami argued back.

Kakashi sighed. 'I'm too old for this stuff'

Danzo, having enough of the girl's whining, stepped in.

"Silence! Kunoichi do not act like that! Moreover, should act like that Pinkette, do you not know of her?" He questioned.
"N-no." Ami stuttered. After all, it was not everyday that the council would answer you, a genin with such annoyance.
"She's Haruno Sakura, The Lightning Flash." Danzo firmly stated with such pride and honor.

"What's a Lightning Flash?" Naruto, whispered to Sasuke. Or atleast in his part he did, it was heard by the whole Konoha Shinobi peresent.
"Naruto, not a what, but a who" Namikaze Minato, The Fourth Hokage corrected his son.
"Okay, so who is this... This Lightning Flash?" Kiba asked?

Uchiha Shisui came forward to the Genin, a Bingo Book in hand and gave it to them.
"This is the Lightning Flash" He said.

Note: Rumored to have the ability to Teleport; Amazing Sensor, Handle with Caution.

"T-This is over the Limit! How can a 12 year old girl, be able to be this strong?!" Saying Yamanaka Ino was furious was an understatement.
"Why's that?" Finally, The star of the moment, Sakura came.
"How can you be this strong?" Kiba asked straight to the point.
"By Training, why?" Sakura was at lost, was training hard a crime?
"Oho-hohoh, stop being so modest, Captain." The twins Hikaru and Kaoru came.

"Am not." Sakura defended.
"Are too." The Twins pushed.
"Are not!"
"Are too!!"
"Am Noooooot!!!"
"Are Tooooooo!!!"
"AM NOT!!"
"ARE TOO!!"

Sakura Huffed.
"Stop being so impossible!"
"Ha! Nice!" The twins fist-bumped with each other.
Sakura turned to the officials, meaning Hokage and Council; unfortunately, Danzo was the only Council member present.
She bowed down nd greeted.
"Hello, It's nice too meet you. I welcome you all in advance." Sakura smiled.
"What a nice Lady" Uzumaki-Namikaze Kushina smiled.
Sakura blusshed.
"T-Thank you."

"But, Unfortunately, I have to cut our meeting, as we have a mission to accomplish." Sakura finished.
"I Understand. Please, you may go" Minato offered.
"Thank you." She said.
The Team bowed once again before disappeasring likr bubbles with the Giant.

[Mizukage's Office, Jounin above are present]

"I see. We look forward to the Festival." Minato smiled.
"As do we, now that our Villages sre unified, we can have a little peace." Terumi Mei, the Current Mizukage said.
"Aah." Minato nodded.
"Wait." Danzo cutted in.
"Is there anything you need? Danzo-sama?" Mei asked.

"Yes. A shinobi of yours." He bluntly replied.
"Hah?!" This baffled every shinobi, the Kages more, at his statement.
"And why?" Mei asked, her eyes narrowimg.
"If you haven't noticed, we are at lost at manpower." He said.
"Please elaborate, after all, you have clans like The Uchiha and Hyuuga." She asked not so gently.

"Aah, the Great Clans, yes yes, they provide strong Shinobis but, not enough. And I meant, in Individuality, Mizukage-sama, not as a whole." Danzo defended.
"What about Uchiha Itachi, Hatake Kakashi? Are those two not enough, and there's more I can guarantee." Mei explained.
"Yes, but in the Genin, we have Little to None, Ninjas that are capable of Mission for the future." Danzo pressed.

'I see.' Almost every Shinobi narrowed their eyes, what a dirty way to get something.
"I presume this is about Sakura then?" Mei asked.
"Of course, you have The Seven Swordsmen of the mist,You're talented Sensors, and your Prodigy. A Ninja worth Hundreds of Jounin." He allured.
"I know but no thank you. I will not give her to the likes of you, no offense Hokage-sama." The Young Mizukage said.
"None taken. But if you want, I have an Offer." The Young Kage proposed.
"And what is that?" The two bickering Leaders asked.
"Since Sakura-san is still young why not make her a genin again,let her enjoy youth with kids in her group age?" The Blonde man said.

"And which village would that be?" The Mist Leader asked.
"Konohagakure. I will see and make sure that no special treatment will take place. Her hardwork will be her only guide." He said.

Mei was tempted, yet, she wanted to ask the Young Kunoichi first.

"Let's discuss this a day before your departure, Hokage-sama." She stated.
"I Understand." Minato nodded.
