In all her life, never did Sakura expect to enter Training Ground 44 a.k.a The Forest of Death. She had heard of rumors before. It was said that the forest was full of unimaginable monsters and hidden traps that may end your life if you weren't careful.
But here she was, competing in the Chuunin Exams once more. The second part of the exam will be held in the Forest. No biggie, she first thought. She was already used to being in unknown places so she might as well get this done with. But five days in there?! She was starting to think that this was insane. Five days was okay and all, but in a place full of monsters?
The test seemed easy enough: Find a scroll opposite to yours. After that, with both scrolls, you must find the tower, most likely in the middle or at the edge of the forest. There was only one rule though: Do not open the scroll at all cost. Anko stressed that as much.
"What do you think is inside the scroll?" Sasuke asked Sakura.
"Probably a trap?" She guessed.
"What trap would it have for that crazy old lady to stress out?" Naruto whispered.
The pinkette shrugged.
"Anything else is allowed. And by anything, I mean anything. That would be killing, kidnapping, laying out traps, search and destroy, burning another team's scroll to lessen the next participants, and hiding out bombs all over the forest." Anko said as she gave the Genin a maniac worthy grin, "Whether you die or not is not my problem, which is why I asked you to sign a waiver, I nor the village won't be held responsible for anything that happens inside the forest."
"What?!"
"Five days? In there?!"
"This is the end. I'm sure of it."
"That place is full of monsters!"
"This is insane!"
"Ooh, I'm gonna like this one." Naruto told Sakura as he grinned, "Pranks are my specialty, Sakura-chan, we can like set traps!"
"Ne, do you think bombing the whole forest would be a good idea?" She asked the both of them.
They looked at her, "Are you serious?"
"What?" she blinked, "It's not a bad idea if you think about it."
"I don't wanna die!"
"I don't have food!"
"Or water!"
"You chose to compete in this exam, might as well live with that decision." Anko said as she crossed her arms, "If you don't wanna die, then don't. Don't act stupid, find and use resources and you might just survive. One last thing, if your team doesn't get to the tower within five days, then you will be automatically disqualified. So, you maggots better get there fast!"
"We are so screwed." Sakura muttered. Beside her, Sasuke nodded his head in agreement.
"I'm more worried about the dobe." He said as they looked at the blond boy.
Sensing his teammates' stares, he asked, "What?" he shrugged, "We're gonna ace this thing!" he grinned, "Dattebayo!"
"You lack any kind of survival traits, Dobe."
"Oi! I actually do! Tou-san trains me once in a while, 'yah know!"
"Is that supposed to make us feel any better?"

"Just to be clear, we go in and find the scroll. No funny business, no pranks. We leave traps as we go, alright?" Sasuke reminded the team as they jumped from tree to tree.
