Closing the door of my class room, I pulled my stuff back and rushed to the laboratory to get my most priced possession, my brother.

Being the valedictorian is tough and amidst situations like this, I'm expected to get every student escorted safely.

And running around the sealed corridors is yet again a bad idea, but this is fastest way out of the building.

I know Yeonjun would be probably stuck in leading his team of scientists to complete Anhyun's post mortem, but anyways I had to reach him.

As I was running past different campus buildings, I came infront of the crime site. An unintentional urge pulled me over the seal tapes and right next to the chalk marks.

The body had been taken away some time ago and the marks of spilt blood, still lay fresh but dried. The body fell face down, damaging her whole face and her limbs were in a scattered position.

It's quite surprising to know that the princess of the campus, had obnoxiously tampered with her body only to jump off a high building.

I wasn't wearing my gloves, so touching anything would make me an unwanted suspect, and who knows, the criminal accused of fake allegations?

I gazed at the position of death, trying to scrutinize the possibility of anything suspicious. Unfortunately, if this was a suicide, it was too odd to be done. And if it was, what I'm assuming a murder; then it was done with extensive planning.

"Yah! Soobin-ah!" I heard Dr. Choi Yeonjun call me, making me turn to look at him. My visage instantly changed to a bright one. He beckoned me to come out of the sealed zone and I abided by his orders without any arguments.

"What where you doing there?" I jumped over the tapes and brushed my hands as I let go off his arm, which I held like a support.

"I was coming for you but this attracted me. Just checking if my eyes could spot anything suspicious. Anyways, what about you? How far is the post mortem?"

"I don't really know what I should say. Our doctors are working on it but since the body is taken away to Springfield Hospital, we're unable to come to any specific conclusions."

"I see... Whatever though, home right?" I fished the car keys out of my pockets as I gestured him towards the parking.

"I have anywhere else to go?" I laughed at his comment and started walking with him towards our car.

Starting the engine, we drove towards our house, which wasn't too far but the journey got prolonged due to the road jams. It's because of the poor lighting of the streets. The more our country is getting advanced, the worse are the services being. It was almost impossible to see anything on the street, more because of the new moon night. The sky was hidden in a crowd of clouds, which had no friends, and existed as an eternal forlorn entity.
