Ed: *lands in what looks like Soleana castle & looks around* HA! Jokes on you jackal, your illusion just sent me back here.

*the floor starts to have lava rise up*

Ed: *looks down* Me & my big mouth. *He proceeds to run up the wall & onto the ceiling as he heads onto another floor* Think, why did Infinite send you here?

*the ceiling fades into something of a destroyed castle

Ed quickly grabbed the edge of the ruined ceiling & quick worked his way to the roof as he then heard something & checks it out to find a stroller with a name on it

Ed: *gets a sharp pain in his head* No way... that can't be true. That's crazy. It's borderline impossible.

King Dice appears behind him

King Dice: So- you now know the truth!

He says as the location resembles the hell location they were in during SE's fight in the last season

Ed: Dice... is this true

King Dice: Yes. He, is your brother

Ed: But how? He used to side with you & the Devil as your ultimate agent before going coo-coo for power.

King Dice: You poor naïve child. Everyone comes from somewhere, and the paths they go to sometimes come out of desperation or corruption. My little rival himself got himself in his predicament due to a hunger for riches and then there's your brother- some quote on quote "villains" want fortune power or fame, some are fueled by a tragedy in their past. And then there's him. To put it lightly... sometimes man just wants to watch the world burn

Ed: I'm going on a whim & guess SE died as a baby & either you or the Devil found him, took him in & trained him to be your top dog at a certain age.

King Dice: He showed an early sign of the thirst for destruction. That was an opportunity we couldn't pass up

Ed: *gives Dice a shocked look* ...I WAS BEING SARCASTIC WITH BABY DYING THING!

King Dice: Oh I know. You just happened to say the right things. Now, sense you are blood, I hope you know, that spirit, the spark is in you as well. You have that desire in you to make the world beg for your mercy. Just like him

Ed: No! I'll never do that! The only destruction I crave is seeing you & your posey of 4 fall. I don't crave to see the people of the planet beg at my feet for mercy, my father didn't follow in Dracula's footsteps when he planned his war on humanity & sure some people of the planet won't accept me for what I am but that won't stop me for doing what my heart says. Now, my heart says it craves to break free!

King Dice started glitching as Ed spoke freely

Ed: You hear me you masked freak! No matter what cliché plot twists you throw at me it won't stop me from what I truly am! I am Edward Tepes & I won't let you or your pitiful illusions take me away!

King Dice: ...I plan on it

*the glitches all fade out as Ed has now awoken within null space, but it looks different, it has more of a disparity atmosphere

Ed: So this must be this Null Space place Sonic, Shadow & Silver told us about. Kinda reminds me of the void to be honest.

Eggman: That's what it basically is

Ed: Eggman!

Eggman: Don't worry, I'm not after you yet. I'm in the same boat as you... of course any lesser man would die here but I've already pieced together what infinite's plan is
