In the aftermath of getting the job Lana decided to take me out clubbing for a congratulations, she left Oscar and James behind to keep each other company.

"Come on! I know the bouncer, he went out with my sister before she went abroad, he'll let us in now if you hurry." Lana grabbed my arm and pulled me out the taxi.

I straightened out my dress, I had picked out a V-line dress, with short sleeves, and a satin top half. I brushed my hair back which I had straightened for the event and continued to let Lana lead me. As Lana and the bouncer made a compromise, I looked down the long queue who were all waiting to go in. I spotted Liam and gave a little smile before turning back to Lana who was now making her way inside.

Before going inside I caught a glimpse through the doorway and was in awe at the atmosphere inside, lasers flashed in all different directions, everybody was dancing in the middle of the room. I watched as their bodies clashed and collided with each over. I'd been to two clubs before one being for my uncles 50th which turned out to be full of old people sitting around laughing and drinking and the other being one for my cousins which I left after being sick from too much alcohol. Yes unfortunately I was an extreme light weight when it came to the burning substance.

"Spence what are you doing? Come on!" Lana beckoned me towards her.

I followed her command and made my way in. We walked down the steps finally joining the crowd of sweaty bodies.

"I'll go get us a drink," Lana shouted over the music.

I nodded, "Make sure it's a weak one!"

Lana laughed and barged her way out of the crowd, which slowly was growing due to the bouncer letting people in.
My body swayed in time with the music until a cold hand grabbed my elbow, the stranger spun me around revealing it was Liam.

"Hey!", he yelled.

"Hey! Dance with me?" I found myself asking.

"Sure" Liam's hands rested on my hips as we both swayed in time with the music.

Several minutes went past of us just dancing until Lana came with drinks.

"Oh hey! Sorry I didn't realise Spencer would've gained a friend so quickly so I've only got two drinks. You know what have mine I'll go get myself a martini instead!", Lana quickly passed us drinks and shot out of sight.

Lana wasn't one to party, she was so committed to James that she normally stayed at home with him rather than involving herself with this type of scene.

Liam grabbed my wrist and pulled me to a booth which was quieter.

"It's so loud and crazy down there," I said still in awe of the place, taking a sip from my drink. I looked around noticing all the dancing and the DJ at the other side of the room.

"I know, I come here often with my friends." Liam followed my eyes watching the dancing whilst sipping his drink, "so have you got a shift tomorrow?"

"Yeah I do, I got my shift schedule delivered this morning, Jack's swapped my shifts so they're 9:30 until 3:00, reducing my time by half an hour and also making it easier for me to study so I can get in a university, also I get more time with Oscar."

"Good, someone I know working the same shifts as me! Oscar?", Liams eyes narrowed.

"Lana's son he's my godson too, thank God for that I was worried I'd know nobody.", I came to realise I never mentioned much about him to Liam.

"So my employees are drinking before work tomorrow?", Jack came surprisingly and joined us, squeezing in next to Liam.

"Just the one, it's a celebration", I said.
