"I tell you, I have a well enough mind of giving that sour prune of a prince a well deserved thrashing!" "Don't be a fool Regina! you'd lose yee head 'nd in the most undignified way in the center of the town square with all the hags and children throwing rotten fruit at you" "Well at least I'd perish knowing that a fool had been taught a lesson" the two fruitful maids were going about on they daily chores in the castle, washing the worn out socks and clothes of the soldiers. Regina was a short haired, freckled face pencil-thin women with iridescent silver eyes vs Belinda her dear friend and workmate who was a plump stout blonde women with a long face with small green eyes bearing a kind of friendly look about her.
Midway through the chat, a dim-eyed girl sneaks in with hopes of not drawing the attention of the two ladies but fails none the less for you see these women are anything but fools, for Belinda was the wife of a cobbler with 7 kids and same fated was Regina with her own 4 off springs meaning the ever so slightest movements of a live being would have easily ticked them off without trail. "Oh look who it is Regina! it's the devil of child who abandoned us to go see the elf boy " "Oh Belinda don't be too hard on the girl, you know how it is with young love" "What! no you two, you couldn't be more mistaken. I was only out for lunch with Odrick to hear his new poem" the ragged brown haired girl voiced out. "HA! the so called undiscovered poet of Buckle-toe... hmm I'll forever wonder what you see in the boy, he so jittery and unpredictable" Belinda sighed in a motherly way. "And his a perfect fit of Nora! his friendly and kind, a nimble witted soul what more could he possibly not lack" "But Regina what about Quentin! his strong wielded and respectable, a man with an actual job, a knight and a general, infact more better than Odrick who is a complete disappoint to his father"
While Regina and Belinda quarreled amongst themselves about who'd be a better fit for Nora, the girl's mind had long wondered off as to how she is going to get rid of the unknown yellow-brown stain off the socks she was washing...

Somewhere within the castle walls was a man taking a humble stroll unaccompanied and alone before being farther stopped by one of the King's mistresses' .Madonna white, a name that has definitely not gone unknown by anyone. One of the few women that King has a public affair purposely forgetting the fact that his married. Though it wasn't much of a surprise because Madonna was actually a very fair woman extremely rich in beauty, what with her wide chest, tiny waist, and curvy wide hips. With a face bearing inviting almond blue eyes ,whitened straight teeth ,a long pointed nose and a thin oval face with long lustrous jet black hair. She was indeed an alluring woman.
"Ah Quentin how do you do" excitement could be heard in her voice though not the same for Quentin as he was more annoyed than pleased to see her
"I'm fine Madonna ,and I'm guessing that you swell as well" "Oh I would have been...if I had not been missing you" the rush of cringe and irritation shot through Quentin like a bullet. "Wish I could say the same for but sadly I can't"
Quentin tried to make a swift exit without furthering the conversation but Madonna pulled him in tighten her grip around his arm. "Well aren't you a hard one to fish?.. hmm though I do like a challenge "the corners on her mouth widen before she had paused, releasing her strong grip upon the General, 'this has become more, and more of a habit' he thought as walked away to most likely take one of the stable horses out for a run.

"BUT MOM! what's beyond the gates?" asked the intrigued child who yearned to hear more tales told by her mother at , least until her mother had to remained her once more that her bedtime was long over due. Her small plump body was hugging the pillow tightly and there was life in those little gray eyes which occasionally turned gold when least expected. "Now if I tell you the tale you promise to close those eyes and go straight to bed without any further fussing" "I promise!" she said with eager. The mother had then properly positioned her daughter making sure that she was comfortable in the blankets , feeling satisfied she then went to clear her throat before speaking "So my child tell me where do we live ?" "I know ! we live in the smallest part of the Redden kingdom in small village like town, Duffle to be exact, in our own small brown roofed cottage."
"Why yes indeed Nora but can you tell what separates us from the outside?" The little flame burning in Nora's eyes was simply growing and growing, being fueled by her mothers words. "It's the gates mother, the gates!" "And do you know what's beyond the gates?" she asked. "no I don't know mother, tell me... what's beyond the gates" "Magic! lots and lots of it, it is not to say we don't have it as it is in all of us but we don't utilize it ,everyone else in this Kingdom will tell you that it doesn't exist ,only the mad ones believe it does but beyond the gates are worlds full of diversity and creatures of all shapes and sizes, faes and fairies , trolls and gnomes that live underground in mini worlds full of diamonds and fancy gems like the one the queen wears to all her fancy balls- the mother was cut short by her own daughter "But mom we have gnomes, Odrick is a gnome and Quentin is part fae!" the mother smiled down upon those little curious eyes. "All I can say is that it far , far more different than the kinds of creatures that roam this Kingdom.... which was all discovered by the famous man Agnar green ...
