It was a day like any other well for anyone else who wasn't her. Her who was brushing her long jet black hair staring into the mirror with a pair of green eyes, her who was dressed into off the shoulders pearl white floor length dress , though blessed with both riches and power she was not at all satisfied with her circumstances .
She dropped her brush upon her desk and stared into the mirror hypnotically as she was deep in thought. in the midst of her thinking entered a gnome with an axe on his back...
"They all dead your highness, got they heads chopped off by the guillotine in the center of the town for all to witness " spoke the gnome who carried a heavy grieving heart from losing those who were dear to him. The queen remained silent not trusting herself to speak her mind but managed anyways to do so "That was the last card we had left to play, for everything else has failed unfortunately ... I can not stand by and witness him destroy this kingdom and bring it down into ashes , his greed and lust for power we'll be the end of us. He attempts foolishly to dismantle all non-human races , he has controlled us through his propaganda to the point were he has made us believe that magic dose not exist and attempts to replace that belief with inventions making way for a new era for only humans , no gnome, no elf, no witch shall witness it for they would have all perished, I fear for us all even those who are oblivious or ignorant to these facts. I will not sleep nor stop sheading a tear until he is dead and completely ridden from this world... he simply must die and that is not up for debate"
"But your highness what more can we do?" "I do not yet know but I will if given time to think" the gnome nodded and let his highness be.

Meanwhile while civil matters were yet to be resolved beyond our shores deep into the deep a sinister turn was about to take place.
A mucky slimy creature sat on a throne of hollowed skulls and bones , with his elbow on his knee and webbed hand rubbing his saggy chin. It indeed was a revolting unsightly creature from the depths. It's skin was harder than an armor but bared the texture of oil though it looked bumpy and rough. It's eyes glowed an eerie green when not on land ,it's teeth were promptly sharp, carnivorous , uneven and decaying, It's body structure included fleshy arms longer than it's legs that were well toned and beefy, a hunched back and shoulders , webbed feet and hands and also a protruding abdomen. It had even bared flabby wet checks and a face covered in warts.
"hisss...your kingness his here" spoke his unpaid servant, the creature's speech involved a lot of hissing and a great deal of emphasizing the last word they speak and generally using a raspy gasping like voice . "Let him in" spoke the ruling creature, his servant went away waddling in a manner that didn't seem so humorous but startling instead. He opened the gate and indeed there was a man waiting to be summoned by the creature king. "King Nebula Croix summons you...hiss "The man unwillingly entered but he had to if really wanted what he desired. He entered and walked forth till he was standing before King Nebula Croix. "I am King Duradel of the Dewbin kingdom in the eastern side and I come to you with the intentions of not war but to ask for kingdom's hand for an alliance weather temporary or permanent it is heeded for both of the success in the colonizing war for both the kingdom below and kingdom above, it will benefit you a great deal as both parities will walk away satisfied... now do you accept this request or decline it ?"a moment of silence was echoed through out the room before King Nebula spoke...
"I sadly have to tell you...that I am declining your offer....Hiss
