"Thank you baby." I smiled, as Harry came into my room holding two cups of hot chocolate topped with mountains of whipped cream and marshmallows.
He handed me mine, and placed his on his side table and quickly got into bed beside me. He wrapped his arms around me, and started kissing my face.
"Harry!" I giggled, trying not to spill the drink he just handed me all over my bed. I turned my head to leave a delicate kiss on his lips, before smiling and putting the drink onto my side table.
He quickly moved down, and brought the duvet up to his chin. I did the same, my face only inches from his.
The sound of Blackbird by the Beatles hummed in the background. Harry had brought my record player into my bedroom, and I had The Beatles album on.
"You feeling any better?" He started stroking my cheek softly, his rings leaving a slightly cold feeling.
"Mhm." I smiled, then letting out a long breath.
After the situation with Jordan, leading to the police, I completely broke down. The police took me home, and took a statement about the lunch and all the phone calls leading up to it.
They took my phone to go through threatening texts, and the phone call log. The police explained that the whole situation would have to go to court, so Jordan would be prosecuted and go to prison for breaking the restraining order and threatening Harry's life.
It was overall a horrible day. But I was just happy for him to be locked up for the time being.
Once the statement was made, they left and I crashed. Harry stayed with me, and let me sleep off all the stress and anxiety. I woke up to a million texts from friends sending me pictures and articles, and even Jordan's arrest.
I ignored them all, trying to sort my mind and everything out before I explained what had happened to friends.
The worst were the hundreds of texts from my mother. She was so angry that it had happened, and that it was so public. I had to turn off my phone, because I truly couldn't face them.
"I'm okay." I nodded.
Harry's face looked sad and could tell I was lying. He could always see through it.
"Be honest Syd, it's okay. You don't need to lie." He had began playing with a strand of my hair, and gave me a soft kiss on my cheek.
"Just checked my phone, and it was...a lot. My mums going insane, a PR nightmare she said." Sounding defeated, and tired.
"Jesus."
It made me sad, how sour everything had become. I had become fragile to everyone and I could see how heartbroken Harry was for me.
"It's alright. It's not about her right now." I sucked in a breath before adding, "What have you been up to whilst I've been sleeping."
A smile creeped on his lips.
"Nothing...how you feeling love? You hungry?" He was now grinning, making me slightly apprehensive.
"Yes..."
Suddenly a loud crash came from my kitchen, followed by voices and hushing. My head whipped around to face Harry, my brows knitting together in confusion.
"What's going on Harry?" I quickly asked, as I started climbing off my bed and towards the door into the rest of the flat.
I pulled the door and instantly the voices became louder, and I started recognising them. Harry appeared by my side, smiling and telling me to go down the corridor and into the living room.
