Chapter 21 - The Secret

Blu's POV

Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored. I could literally say this more than 5 times. I was bored.

I tried singing to past time. But it didn't really work. I missed those times when I didn't need to walk around with a hood over my head.

I remember those times I could hop on Moonbeam's back with Willow in my hair and fly around my world.

But sadly, I can't. Even if I did go back, I might just need to fight off Herobrine and save my brother first.

I sighed as I thought of my friends. I missed Zoey also. I don't know why I thought of her, but I did.

Not to mention my brother and my friend. I wonder if they're holding on back there. I really wish I could go back.

But I will soon. I was able to get 11 obsidian and 1 flint and steel during my short journey. Can't believe Cyrus had to barge in like that.

As a diversion, I pretended to throw trash. It was actually dust I got on myself when I was in the volcano.

But at least Im almost done. Just 1 more obsidian then its over. I could finally go home to my world. But something bothered me.

If I left, it would mean leaving Cyrus. I don't know why, but I care a lot for him. Yet, I wouldn't care about the others.

Leaving Cyrus would get him heartbroken again. I read his mind and he used to have a girlfriend before. But she was just an evil demon.

It was a tough choice. And I just started to be good friends with everyone. They don't even know anything about me.

"What are you thinking about?" Cyrus asked. I suddenly remembered he was still here. "Nothing." I replied.

"You sure? You look, worried." Cyrus said. I shook my head. "Nope. Everythings just fine." I faked a smile.

I shake my head as I tried to look normal. Cyrus sighed but let me be. "Can I stay in your room?" I asked.

Cyrus looked at me. "K." He replied. I fake smiled and went to his room. I locked the door and went into deep thinking about my decision.

Cyrus POV

I wonder what Blu's secret is. First, she hides her head with a cat hoodie. Then, she has a weird looking device in her hair. Somethings not right.

Then, the doorbell rang. Wesley answered it. Just to be pushed away by a familiar person.

"Hey, Cyrus!" Cruise said to me. I glared at him. "Ugh, everytime! Stop going to my house for Blu!" I tell him.

But he shrugs. Cydnee followed and she glared at me. "I knew you faked that disconnection." She scowled. I scoff.

"I don't really care." I replied as everyone came in. I sat on the couch. Only to feel something hard.

I felt around until I took out some sort of object. It was the same one in Blu's hair. It must've fallen off when she shook her head.

"What are ya holding there?" Maverick asked me. I immediately avert my gaze to everyone. Cruise eyes me suspiously.

"Yeah, Cyrus. Whats that?" He questioned. I shrugged. "Dunno. Found this thing in Blu's hair a while ago and now here." I replied.

Willow grabbed it from me. "Looks like its made of amethysts." She said blankly.

Wesley took it from her. "Yeah, you're right." He said as he pressed the button. Nothing happened. I grabbed it from him.

I pressed the button again. Nothing. Is this thing broken? "Maybe we should give whatever that is to Blu." Z4 told me.

"Yeah, we shouldn't be messing around with her stuff." Blake replied. I nodded. "Yeah. And maybe I can get some answers." I said.

"Answers?" Cydnee asked. I look at her. "Isn't it obvious? Blu is hiding something. Why do you think she keeps her hood on like 24/7?" I replied.

"Well, now that you've said it, I guess you're right." Z4 said. "Blu always seems to be keeping a secret."

"Well, Im gonna find out what it is she's hiding." I told him as I get up and go to my room. Everyone follows.

I reach my room and find it locked. Wesley got the master key so I started to unlock the door.

It opened and I slammed it open. I saw Blu pacing around. "Where did I put it-" She mumbled. But she heard me and looked at us.

"Stop slamming doors all the time, sheesh." Blu said. But I glared at her. "Blu, you mind explaining what this is?" I showed her the device.

Blu looked in shock. She was speechless. "What, you never thought we would find out your secret?" I asked.

"Secret? Pfft. What secret? I don't have a secret." Blu scoffed as she tried to hide her shock.

Cruise glared at her. "Blu, this doesn't seem like nothing. It doesn't work when we press the button. What is this?" He said.

"Uhhh." Blu couldn't think of anything to say. I walked towards her. "Blu, I know you're hiding something.

"Ever since the first day, you always wore a hood over your head. You would even fight us off if we tried to take it off.

"And that time you caused a sudden sting in my arm when we fought. What even was that?

"You also seem to read my mind by staring at me. Plus, you're weirdly obsessed with Minecraft.

"Your voice changing is not normal. Though your voice is nice, it does not make sense.

"Finally, whatever this thing is." I held the object and showed it to her. Blu looked at me with a frightened look. But I held my ground.

"Blu, why don't you just tell us? You know you can trust us, right?" I said. Blu started to tear up. I started to regret this.

"Cyrus, I think you went too hard-" Cydnee tried to say. Only to be interrupted by Blu trying to take the object from me.

I pulled it away but Blu fought back. "JUST GIVE IT BACK!" She cried as she tried to grab it. But I fought her away.

Cruise then tried to attack Blu and pull her away. But Blu was now at the point of crying. Her hand was already on the object.

"I WISH I CAN JUST GO FAR AWAY FROM EVERYONE OF YOU!!" She screamed. I froze. She froze too.

"What-" I regret this. I made Blu sad. Frick. But Blu seemed worried about something else. She was mumbling curses to herself.

Suddenly, I felt something stirring up. Blu looked behind me. I look and see why.

Some sort of portal was appearing. It was pulling us in! I tried to keep steady but it was too strong.

"NOO!" I heard Cydnee get pulled into the portal first. Before we knew it, everyone, including Blu, was sucked in.

"AAAAHHHHHHH!!!" We screamed before disappearing in the portal.
