It has been about six weeks now that I've learned about my eyes. Though I had also learned that Alastor had brought me to his private home. That news had only been a little surprising. As I had assumed he had taken me to some kind of house that other demons didn't exactly bother with.

Anyways back to my eyes. I've learned that there isn't a proper way to keep my eyes from changing. There is one way I have figured out to hide my eyes. It isn't glasses either, my eyes just start to glow from behind them. The only way to properly hide my changing eyes is to have my shadow focus all its power to them. Though that would remove a ton of my defenses.

So, that wasn't much of an option for me. With a sigh I focused back on cooking dinner. I was making hot pot upon request from Charlie. She had apologized when Alastor and I had returned to the hotel. Afterwards things between her and I started to get better.

"Oh Salem my dear! How is dinner coming along?" Alastor called as he walked into the kitchen.

It seemed that Alastor had taken to hanging around me a lot. Though he had already told me that my eyes were interesting. So, that was probably why he stayed near. I'm sure my pupils were already shaped like hearts.

"It is nearly done." I answered.

Just then I started to feel a pull, that signal that I was being summoned. Quickly I turned off everything so that nothing would burn or catch fire. Just as I had finished a hand touched my shoulder. Then everything was engulfed in blue flames, changing the scene around me.

I was now standing in some woods, a house could be seen through the trees. The hand was still on my shoulder. Looking to the person who the hand belonged to I saw a handsome young man with brown hair and glasses. His smile though charming told me that this 'human' was actually Alastor. He had been a looker even in life it would seem.

"Mother Mary." A familiar female voice called.

Looking to where the voice came from I saw the teenage girl from last time. There was a small child with her, their eyes held no childish light or wonder. I gently removed Alastor's hand before lowering myself to the ground to be face to face with the two humans.

"Hello my child, what do you need of me?" I asked in a calm motherly voice.

"It isn't me who needs you Mother. But I thought that you could help Eli, he...they are having difficulties." she told me, ending her sentence hesitantly.

"I see. Eli dear would you be willing to tell me what is wrong?" I asked the child.

The kid looked at the teenager before looking at me. His eyes held caution and uncertainty. Though it took awhile the kid did end up coming to me. They still seemed cautious and a bit scared.

Alastor watched the situation with curiosity. The child that was now in my arms was shaking. Tears flowed from their eyes and stained my vintage dress. So I did as any good mother would, I held them close and rubbed circles into their back while whispering calming words.

Then the kid managed to whimper something out that was barely above a whisper. What they had told me turned my blood cold and almost sent me into a rage. This poor child did not deserve this. Nobody should have to go through it, but especially not a child.

"Is there any particular way you would like for me to help?" I asked the boy, just barely keeping my anger from my voice; something that only Alastor seemed to pick up on.

"Obliterate" is all the kid managed to whisper out.

The message was clear. I knew exactly what to do. I gave the boy back to the teen. Then I began walking to the house, the boys fear scent leading straight to it. "Come along now Alastor. The children need time to coup." I called back.

Alastor walked smooth yet quick to catch up to me. A question lingered in his eyes but I stayed focused on the task at hand. Completely slaughtering that child's father. What he had done to them was absolutely despicable. He would die here and in Hell. I would not let a child rapist live in any world.
